We have stayed at many premier inns and love how comfortable and clean they are for such a good price.
We came across this one on a road trip when we were delayed and had to stay over for a night. It had been a stressful day but Mandy on reception really made us feel at ease and provided such a joyous welcome.
The hotel was everything youâd expect for a premier inn - clean, comfortable and a great nights sleep.
If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here again and will hope Mandy is on reception as she is a real treasure to premier inn!

Plenty of space, nice clean facilities, Beefeater next door was excellent. Plenty of car parking. I didn't sleep very well due to being too hot and not being able to open the window, otherwise it was lovely.

Not a big value for money travelling alone. The hotel is good but offers no luxury. The room was wide, it had a confortable bed, the central heater works well and the bathroom is big enough with hot water quickly available. The breakfast is served in a restaurant beside the hotel. English breakfast is served along toasts and fruit juices.
The rate for a single night, breakfast included in weekend was 77,49 pounds.

We stayed here for one night (to attend a funeral at the crematorium just 3 minutes drive away) and couldn't fault the standard of accommodation and the service we received. For the price I was surprised at how good our room was, plenty spacious with a good size bathroom. The general decoration looked like it was very new. Checking in was easy and straightforward with plenty of car park space. We were upstairs so had to navigate two flights of stairs. The Beefeater next door had a bar area where we could get a drink (or evening dinner if we wanted) and relax on a sofa to meet up with other members of our family. Not at all noisey and just generally relaxed. Bar service was good as well. Next morning we enjoyed a cooked breakfast back in the Beefeater - all freshly prepared.
So overall I would say it was excellent value, with great service and good accommodation.

Comfortable, clean room, comfy big bed. Very friendly staff.
No place in bathroom for Toothpaste and Toothbrushes, a couple of disposable cups would be useful,
Poor Mobile Phone signal in room 210.
Couldnât get a WiFi connection on my iPad, spoke to Front Desk Staff and was told that the problem is with the iPad....something to do with the âFirewall.â
We would return next time weâre in the Area.
