Good property but badly maintained. Needs renovation and lots and lots of care and money perhaps. Service is good. Rooms are not upto the mark at all. Need cleaning and maintenance. Even "r" of Heritage coming off.

Kishangarh is not a big town nor a tourist attraction.For its purpose the Heritage hotel perhaps serves its purpose.It has large rooms and an elevator to get to them The housekeeping is tardy.We had a room with a large terrace which was unusable as it had not been cleaned of pigeon dropping for along time.The large Windows did not have meshes to keep mosquitoes and insects out.The TV is really small and has no English channels subscribed.
The hot water is a nuisance and comes rarely. least when you need it. They provide a bottle of mineral water on charge but have RO water in the jug

Nice Hotel for family. Who want to stay far from city, nice place for them. Good rooms, Nice Restaurant, Nice and tasty food and well behaved staff. I will definitely prefer and suggest Royal Heritage. Staff was polite and helpful. Kids enjoyed pool.

With only 5 room occupancy I am told the wifi won't work because of other rooms!!!
, tv not working, so they bought another box from the other room saying Aja he charge khatam hua hai
plugs not working...
Looks nice from outside but not worth staying.

On our roadtrip of Rajasthan from Delhi, this seemed a better fit than any hotel in Pushkar. Pushkar is hardly an hour's drive from here. Now down to some details.
Accommodation : It looks a little dated, especially the kind of marketing that goes around this hotel. Surely in need for some amenities improvement. But all said, it is surely very comfortable, with spacious rooms and huge balconies.
Food : Food is a notch above average, a little overpriced.
Service : The staff here is courteous and attentive, the service time is also good.
