Hotel is located little outer from city but you will enjoy your stay as hotel is neat and clean with good rooms.. Hotel staff is also good. I enjoyed my stay and hope the hotel will maintain its goodwill.. Cheers..

Hotel is good rooms are good had problem with the washrooms flush was not working shower problems.
Food was good and staff was also good we arere around 60 ppl together staying in this hotel for 2 days and we had no problem. Every thing was arranged well

In February 2014 we stayed 2 nights in this hotel because our travel agent booked for us. We had the worst experience of our life staying in any hotel in India. We were two ladies alone in that big hotel. The rooms were dirty, the toilets were backed up, the reception staff was absolutely horrible. The manager stayed in the premises but did not do much to help us. It was very scary & uncomfortable stay. The restaurant didn't stock much food & could not even serve a decent breakfast in time. Nothing was available. This hotel should be banned totally from running. Waste of money & security concern.

i am travel agent from ahmedabad,gujarat. last year we have done this property for our client. after trip when i call them i got so many complaints for this hotel.
(1) rooms are not clean and no water running in bathroom.
(2) there call in the house keeping and ask to clean the room but they told them we don't have staff so they will do it after one day.
(3) very poor quality and poor taste of food. ..
and all after this when i had talk with the dolly mam , she was so rude and she refuse there mistakes....
as per them my clients are not up to there level....

I visited the resort in October 2014. Despite being the best property on paper during our trip , we were extremely disappointed during the stay. For starters , behavior of staff and even manager was very rude.Only the rooms were good.
The swimming pool was not functional. On asking to make it operational during the stay or offer something complimentary in lieu of that we were asked to cancel our booking and leave by the manager himself. The pool was extremely filthy throughout the stay.
We were eventually offered a Jacuzzi service complimentary which was not up to the mark.
Very disappointing experience.
