Chef Peter is owner along with his wife Claudia.
Their son, Edie, has now joined them.
Very special family and talents. Has 6 to 8 tables — enjoy a special meal with special attention.
Six of us all LOVED our entire meal including desert!
Highly recommend trying the nightly special.
Ours was a delicious veal chop. Yummy!

Do not worry about going to downtown Cancun. We just returned home after 23 days in Cancun & went downtown many times. We took a bus, but a cab will take you door to door. Peter called taxi driver Pepe for our return to our hotel. He was delightful. Great end to a fun, delicious and relaxing dinner.

The best Hotel I have ever stayed in!

I have just returned home from a week at Hotel Peter and couldn't wait to write this review. I have never written a review before, but I felt after my amazing stay, I had to write something here. I was staying in the Hotel as part of a European Space Agency training programme. Every aspect of my stay was first class. The food was delicious. Over the course of the week, we never ate the same meal twice. Great selection of meat dishes, fish dishes, vegetarian dishes, etc etc... The staff were all delightful to be around. Extremely helpful, chatty and warm in nature. The room we stayed in was excellent. Very clean. Couldn't find any dust lying around anywhere. Spacious bathroom. Everything worked smoothly.

Through-out the whole day, we could take as many cups of tea, coffee from the facilities in the dinning area.

The lower floor is full of delightful and relaxing spa facilities. We spent the whole of yesterday splashing around in the luxurious pool, sauna and steam room, drinking as many fruit teas as we could manage.

Hotel Peter is the first hotel where I truly felt at home (or as close to being at home as is possible).

This hotel is luxury but not expensive at all!

We stayed here a week. The hotel is in a good location, dolomiti are very close. The price is good, rooms are very spacious, wellness zone are the best. The restaurant is quite good from the breakfast to the dinner. Cakes on the breakfast are so good. We want to come back again

Its a very nice, comfortable hotel. the Service Staff was very friendly and forthcoming, the rooms big and comfortable, cleaned and tidied daily. And the food was fantastic. They have a 5 star cook! Well worth going there, especially for mountaineers - Treckings, etc. They have a golf course as well!

We've been there for Christmas with our entire family, around 20ppl.
Location for winter is not ideal: far from skiing and the closest little town is not convenient for a walk.(must walk for a while in the middle of the main road with no sidewalk or lights)

Service wasn't surely 4stars hotel standard: during dinner we always had to ask for water and wine more than once, food was ok and the bar during the day was often unattended.

Facilities are no satisfactory: pool is very small, the water in the hot tub is not hot and when you ask for warm it up they say it's not possible, there is not enough common rooms to chill, play rooms for kids are very basic and not well designed.

But the worst experience was Christmas eve, when the owner announced the previous night in German -the hotel is in italy and you would expect italian to be the main communication language- that everybody must be down for dinner at 6:30 (italians would normally have dinner around 8sh) no dinner after that, and there would have been only one menu available -no other options- their traditional one.
Now apart from food intolerance that they did not consider, it is quite unacceptable for a 4stars hotel to force their guests on Christmas eve on their schedule and on top without notice when booking.

I highly recommend choosing another hotel out of the marvellous present in our alps!
