The best thing about it is location, it is right in the center and all the main attractions are so close. The room was warm and one of the cosiest I've been to. There is a big living room so if you are traveling with friends, you can hang out there. The woman that works there is hospitable and will give you all the info you need. All together is very good value for money.
Once you find it, probably the best place at the best price to stay in Budapest!

I stayed here for two nights in Budapest and granted, it was a little hard to find, but I also seem to have missed an email giving me instructions on finding it and entering into the complex. But once inside, this is a very cute complex of flats and 7x24 is a small but charming flat in the midst of this complex. Agnes is very helpful and friendly and the hostel was clean, cozy and had everything a wandering traveler could need. Plus, it is in an absolutely phenomenal central location on the Pest side of the Danube. I would absolutely stay here again! The only down side is, because it is rather small, it is not a great hostel for meeting other traveling backpackers etc., but I was ok with that.
Hard to find, but great location!

My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights and this was one of our favorite places we stayed! PROS-The room was clean, there was a kitchen, lounge area, and the wifi worked. The location was amazing and Agnes was really great at helping out and answering questions. They even refunded us some money based off of an advertising error with the room which is amazing! If you have ever dealt with hostels and hotels before, you know that this doesn't happen too often. CONS - The place is EXTREMELY hard to find! The sign is so small that it is almost pointless to even have one. It is between two dentist offices. The bathroom was really small so its impossible do even dry off in the bathroom! Also, since this place only has Agnes taking care of it, you should email here with your arrival time. We didn't know this and she was gone when we arrived so it was a huge mess trying to get into the building. Given all the information we know about the place now and the initial bumps we at the beginning of our stay, we would stay here again!!
Exactly what it says on the tin!

We stayed here for 5 nights whilst travelling around Europe and it's one of our favourites! The pros being the rooms were clean, the beds comfy, there was a kitchen, lounge area, and the wifi was brilliant as well! The downsides were that it is very hard to find, we ended up asking a Hungarian security guard who didn't speak English, who then asked a taxi driver who then found some one to translate to us the address didn't exist. Best thing to do is find the street and aim for one of two dentists and there is a doorbell with the name on. The bathroom was also super small but once you cracked getting changed in a 3ft box you were fine! Would recommend figuring the tram system as it isn't close to some things but we walked and managed fine, Agnes can also offer discounts for certain things as well! Would definitely stay here again!!
Very average

First the good point - location is good. Close to deak ferenc metro station and walkable distance from ruin bars and pubs. This was the only thing I liked about this hostel.
It is located on the 5th floor of a very worn out building. I especially didn't like the old style shaky lift.
There is no proper signage for the hostel.. look out for the dentist's sign in the same building or you won't be able to find it.
Our twin room was in the attic and the wooden stairs look cute but are definitely not comfortable especially if climbing up and down with your luggage.
Room became extremely hot in may beacause of the glass windows and there are no curtains. You have to pay extra for A.C. Also be prepared to wake up at 5am as the room becomes so bright with sunlight early morning.
The old style toilet flush didnt work properly and the hanging chain required to be shaken in a weird way every time to stop the water flow. Sometimes it worked but sometimes it didn't. The care taker was very rude about it almost scolding us if the water was still running even when it was probably the other guests who left it open as they had left after us. I think it's better to get your stuff repaired rather than harrasing guests.
Place was brightly colored but very dull.We only saw another family with kid staying in front of our room. But I don't think even otherwise the place has any vibe. There is neither privacy nor vibe.
If I go back to Budapest I won't be staying there. Many other better and cheap options available.
