Booked room and allocated room was different. They cheated us by providing wrong room. When asked for room change they told us that all rooms are full and asked us to shift to different hotel. Worst experience ..................... They should change hotel name to BAD not ABAD

Stayed for 1 night at the beginning of our Kerala tour . Hotel is centrally located in Cochin main market (MG Road) staf are friendly and helpful and helped us stay extra 2 hour. Food at restaurant are good as well . Thanks team Apartment Atrium

We started our eight night Abad Kerala tour here after being picked up at the airport by our driver for the trip. We've been to Kochi before and wouldn't have chosen this for a holiday location - preferring Fort Kochi. However the room was great and the staff courteous and helpful.
We had added evening meals to our tour partly because some of the hotels in the group had good reviews for their food and the price was ridiculously low, we could always give it a miss.
In the event, Abad set a very high standard indeed for help-yourself buffet meals, both dinner and breakfast. No dubious hanging about dishes, lack of variety (though you must like Indian food!), and a wide range of veg non-veg. In fact some of the most enjoyable meals we had on this trip.
Not haute cuisine (to jump countries) but genuine Keralan food.
If what you wanted didn't look fresh enough, more was brought out quickly and without question. Breads made to order. Even the puddings were surprisingly varied and good.
This review pretty much applies to the other five hotels we went to so expect repetition.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Abad Atrium Hotel for an extended period of time. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave you feel welcomed and valued as a guest by all the staff from the doorman to housekeeping. The hotel restaurant serves a vast array of both international and local dishes, the staff there are very prompt, warm and welcoming. Special mention to Mr. Anoop Kumar and Ms. Lekha Ashook for making our stay comfortable informative. The hotel is located on M.G. Road and next to a shopping mall despite being situated on a busy area itâs very quiet. All in all a very good hotel with hard working staff.

Letâs start off with the extremely courteous staff, they really do try to provide the best possible service. The rooms though small are clean and neat and the bathrooms well lit and sanitary. Located dead centre on MG road they are a fantastic choice and have round the clock cafe to boot. Well recommended
