This was my second visit, which obviously means the hotel and the staff is very good hence came back here! The hotel is centrally located. Rooms are well kept, neat and clean with sufficient space. Staff is very friendly and courteous.

We checked in on 23rd and checked out on 25th of December. Was very disappointed on 23rd due to constant power cuts & problems with their generator. But the staff were friendly & helpful, plus their restaurant does serve nice meals. But nothing much to do at this place.

Very nice hotel situated at the Heart of the city. Accessible to all important areas of the city. We stayed at room 302. It was amble spacious and great place to relax. Food was super. We really enjoyed the special breakfast and dinner. The spread at the breakfast was vast and catchy.
The staff was excellent. They are very service oriented. I had specially mention to the General Manager Mr Binoy about his skills in making these staffs wonderful.

Hotel is located in the heart of city and easily accessible to all major city centers. Excellent management,hospitality. Good spacious and clean rooms. Will surely stay again during future visits to Cochin.

Excellent service by the team! Very cordial and supportive. Suitable for both business and family. And very good accessibility to the property. Good rooms and room service. Needless to say an excellent smart business hotel.
