Very clean and comfortable. Stayed here for one night at the end of a weeks walking the Camino De Santiago. Easy to find very central location for bus and train. wouldn't recommend booking the breakfast it is over priced. There are lots of excellent restaurants near by.

A very central hotel close to the Gran Via, Abando station and main shopping centre with numerous bars and restaurants close by. Very clean and comfortable. Good level of service and style. The bar serves good value snacks but the breakfast price is steep.

In comparison with other 4-stars hotel in Spain, this is a real high lever 4 stars. Modern and well furnished. Breakfast is ok, but too expensive. Location is also ok, bus, tram and even by walk the city center is easy to reach. Many restaurants are available very close.

Stayed here for one night for a work trip. Great location in Bilbao in walking distance to many of the main attractions. A very short walk to the fantastic tapas bars, food in these bars is fantastic.
Looking to revisit in March for a personal weekend trip. I will look to book here again.

A nice location for a hotel, a couple of blocks and I was in a shopping area as well as plenty of restaurants nearby . Breakfast on offer was pretty good. The front desk was helpful when I wanted something printed and the room was in great shape with comfortable beds.
