We checked in to this place on 12th January, 2018 for an overnight trip to Ranthambore.The hotel runs unprofessionally . From the check-in to food.
On our arrival at 03:15 in the afternoon , they told us to have our lunch as the buffet was going on, to an utter disappointment food served was ICE COLD, there was not enough food for five of us, the services and the response of the staff was pathetic.
On several requests also they refuse to serve us hot meal..
At dinner we opted for room service seeing the horrible taste of North Indian food in a North Indian state, we decided to order a basic Maggie assuming that it would not go wrong here, also we decided to order a meal of basic fried rice as well as noodles, it's really saddening to mention here that we had never tasted such unpalatable food in our lifetime, the only saving grace was that the food was piping hot and the room service was prompt, but the food was served without any condiments and cutleries and were all dumped in small steel bowls.
The mattress were worn out (at least twenty years old), the bed linens were unwashed.
we consoled ourselves that we are here for an overnight stay and will somehow manage .
on our checkout the manager wanted us to write our feedback in a register maintained at the reception of the hotel,but insisted that our rating on the Trip Advisor should not hamper his business.

Average hotel, poor service manager arguing. No service was provided in the room. I still have a night to stay and room is in mess. We asked for more water but they have a policy to provide only half litre water per person.

My friends and I went to Ranthambore in 2015 December so yet another very late review. We wanted to experience living in a tent and we decided to stay at Abrar palace! The hotel is good and well maintained. The tent experience was very good. We certainly did get a feeling of living in the jungle with this hotel! It's value for money!

We booked the Family Room. Quite steeply priced at 45500 for 3 nights for a Family of 4( incl 2 kids aged 14 and 16). The room is large and spacious, but the toilet is smelly. Had to ask them to spray strong room-conditioner and place odonil, but to no avail, as the smell persisted !!
Service is a little slow and delayed, esp as we are visiting round the last day of 2017. Around 9pm of 31st I had to wait for 30 mins and inform them multiple times as there was no reception staff(they were busy at the new year celebrations on the lawn). The DJ arrangement was good but was shut off around 10.30 pm and they quoted local rules of enforcement of sound after 10pm, which WAS NOT INFORMED WHILE BOOKING. However, they arranged local folk singing which was not very impressive(esp for the new year party). All guests left by 10.45 pm as there was no DJ music. The staff of the Hotel however got together and they switched on loud music past 12pm without basic courtesy of reinviting guests. They had a big ball and fun time together with no regard for customers who had already retired to their rooms by 10.45 pm. The fireworks and the DJ music for entertainment of THEIR STAFF continued till 12.45 am.
Oveeall the buffet arrangement, food spread and quality is nothing too great. It just meets required basic standards. If they serve boiled eggs in breakfast, then they obviously serve egg curry for lunch to just give a small example :-)

We booked a deluxe room at Abrar Palace during a recent Ranthambore trip in November. The room including bathroom was clean and basic but definitely not value for money. The tents and super deluxe rooms are much better we believe. Food needs improvement, staff is courteous and always attentive. The atmosphere of the place is quiet and peaceful.
A special mention to the front desk who were more than helpful in entertaining our last minute request for safaris in the zones we requested. And for any other request we had.
