We in early and were allocated a 4th floor twin room overlooking the back of the hotel - the view wasn't the best but we weren't there to look out the windows.
Room was very warm as was the bathroom - we were able to turn off the radiator in the bathroom however the bedroom one didn't have a thermostat so we couldn't do anything about it. The good thing for us was that the windows opened and let us get fresh air into the room.
Room was a good size . TV had 2 English channels but they were both news ones
Bathroom was lovely with a walk in power shower which was awesome
We had breakfast every morning and there was a great selection. I've read reviews commenting on the coffee machine being difficult to use, it isn't! It only has 2 coffee options - Expresso and Black Coffee - I personally think it needs to be upgraded to a more advanced machine that does a bigger variety of coffees, e.g. lattes and white coffees. Food was topped up when it was running low. This did seem to be done more at the weekend than on the Mon/Tues but there were less guests at the beginning of the week.
Airport transfer arranged by the hotel was cheaper than any I could see on the internet and the guy was at the airport with the name of the hotel and my name when we came through arrivals. Also got the hotel to arrange the return too
Staff were all helpful and friendly
The location of the hotel was excellent - a short walk to the river where there were plenty of bars and restaurants. It was easy to walk anywhere.
If I returned to Gdansk I'd use this hotel again

Room was excellent , both roomy and well appointed . Larger than average en-suit . The staff were very helpful in this centrally situated hotel . Breakfast was great with a wide and varied selection from bacon and sausages to cheese and ham and cereals . It is situated in a quiet street but only a short distance from the river and the centre of town . The hotel restaurant was very quiet as was the bar , but there are lots of lovely bars and restaurents within easy reach .

Excellent hotel in a great location. Only just 150 metres from the river and the big GDANSK sign. There are a few decent restaurants withing a few minutes of the hotel one of which is the fish shop overlooking the river which we loved. Turn right and you can walk up the river front passing the iconic Crane building and just up from that the main square where all the bars and restaurants are. A ten minute walk. To the left of the river you can pass the drawbridge and then only five minutes away is the world war 2 musuem. The solidarity centre is further ten minutes away from here.
The breakfasts were fine if your early. But as in every modern hotel - if your early then the breakfast is hot and varied but if your late then limited........... Staff very attentive and rooms was just as you would expect a four star hotel in Poland to be. Large modern clean and excellent amenities. A very good hotel with an excellent location.

The hotel is just metres from the river and a short and pleasant walk from the centre of town. There are countless restaurants within very easy reach of the hotel. The accommodation was excellent and staff welcoming, friendly and helpful. We only ate breakfast and there was a large selection available, although the coffee machine did cause some confusion each morning.

I spent a long weekend in Gdansk in November. this hotel is centrally located in a very quite street a few metres away from the river. Very nice staff and excellent breakfast. the room was large and very comfortable. A SPA is also available... overall strongly recommended for a discovery journey of Gdansk
