We stayed over the Australia Day long weekend. This is now our go to place to stay when up in FNQ. We stayed in the Penthouse (1brm - the other 2 rooms are simply locked). The property is maintained to the highest standard and the service is excellent. 2Fish downstairs is an absolute bonus. We have stayed here the last 4 times when visiting Port Douglas and it has never disappointed. And we will be staying there again next time we visit.

Very good location, we stayed in a top floor apartment which has a second street rooftop pool and spa and an outdoor BBQ area, the apartment itself is very spacious and modern and clean with a balcony as well, full kitchen, laundry , lounge area and large bedroom WIR and ensuite with spa bath. The location is easy walking distance to everything in Port Douglas and much more convenient to get to restaurants and breakfast places than the resorts. I would definitely look at staying here again when visiting Port Douglas it seems like very good value and it lived up to expectations of what I thought it was going to be. Front desk staff were also very good when booking tours , recommend doing a snorkelling tour to the outer reef. Very nice and comfortable place to stay.

My boyfriend and I stayed in a 1-bedroom Coconut Grove Apartment and never wanted to leave from the second we walked in. The place is absolutely beautiful with modern kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and massive balcony with a grill and patio set. The view over the mountains from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking at sunset. Even though there are private pools all around us, and the general pool very close to our apartment with kids playing, we never heard a thing. Plus, the beach is about a 2 minute walk and you're still in downtown Port Douglas with plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, and the grocery store. We only stayed two nights but could have stayed for a month. Checkout is at 10am, but they offered to look into a late checkout for us. We were pleasantly surprised to see a letter at our door apologizing that it wasn't possible, but we appreciated them following up. If you're going with a family, it's absolutely ideal as you can have all the space and privacy you want while still staying in to cook as the place is just stunning.

Came to Port Douglass to scuba the great barrier reef and get to know the sleepy town of Port Douglass. To our surprise out Coconut Grove Apartment was a smashing hit! We love the very well appointed space along with the private pool and outdoor BBQ which we used quite often. Nikki the guest service manager was both very professional and very responsive to our every question and response. The location in town could not be better situated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at coconut grove and would highly recommend this facility for those seeking extraordinary living conditions!

Our second stay at Coconut Grove Apartments was just as amazing as our first. Once again we had a Terrace apartment with our own pool and spa. The apartment is well equipped, furnished beautifully and is in the perfect place to relax and soak up the beautiful tropical weather. It is in a perfect location on Macrossan Street - so close to Four Mile Beach and right next to the restaurants, cafes and shops. We will definitely stay here again!
