We stayed there for 4 night and it was good. Rooms are clean, which was in fact most important for us. Nothing fancy, but good enough, comfortable, AC worked fine and wasn't too noisy. The building itself wasn't heating itself too fast, so it was comfortable without AC most of the time. Breakfast was good, nothing extraordinary, but enough for a 4 days. It was easy to park near by and good choice of restaurants in the neighborhood.
Wifi wasn't too good, sometimes worked, in the lobby always worked.

Suszarka nie dziaÅa tak jak powinna - maÅa moc i mogÅoby byÄ nieskazitelniej ^^ / hair dryer does not work as probably expected (too low power) and... it could be more immaculately ;) But it is really nice

Nice cosy place... nice breakfast, nothing special but enough... 10 minutes walk from the beach... far from normal tourist attractions but safe... ok place to spend a couple of nights but nothing too exciting...

When you are staying in the Al Maha, you will not regret it. It is not far from the Grand Mosque, the new Grand Mall and restaurants. The rooms are big, the bathroom clean and the beds very comfortable. Also the breakfast was very good. All the things you like and need are there.
On the roof is a small pool, but nice and there is a Gym. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help you. We stayed here 4 nights and were happy with the price!
We had a room with perfect Wifi as well.

I stayed a couple of nights as a solo traveller and the hotel was perfectly fine for my needs. The room was clean, well sized and had everything needed. All staff I encountered were pleasant and welcoming.
Parking was a little tricky but I managed to find the last spot in the small hotel car park. There are good options for food close by - I had a meal at the âTaste of Indiaâ just around the corner which was really delicious.
Breakfast at the hotel was a bit restricted of options but there was enough to get a decent feed.
In terms of location the hotel is quite close to the grand mosque. I took a taxi to Muttrah which cost 9R.
For a couple of nights, the hotel was a perfectly fine choice. Yes there are plenty of other options in Muscat and if you want to be closer to the âactionâ then this might not be the best choice. However, it is very good value for money and if you have your own car then the location doesnât really matter so much anyway!
