Incredible!

I have had the great pleasure of staying at the Al Mutran Guest House for the last 5 days and I couldn't be happier! Al l Mutran is a wonderfully charming 200 year old former residence with a character all its own located in Old Town Nazareth. But what makes Al Mutran so special is Odeh. Odeh is the general manager of the House, but he is far more than that. He has truly made my stay here unbelievably fantastic! Walking through the front door for the first time, my friend and I were warmly greeted with an enormous smile and an enthusiastic âHello, my friends! This is your home!â And I truly feel as though this is my home away from home. Odeh is the ambassador for town of Nazareth, with a love for the people, the culture and the town that is palpable. He could not have been any more knowledgeable, kinder or helpful throughout my stay. He is always ready to help you with whatever you may need...directions to a place, the name of a good restaurantâ¦,anything at all. He has taken such great care of my friend and me during our stay that we feel as though we have been friends forever. This should be called Al Mutran Guest Home, and it's all thanks to Odeh. God bless you, my friend.
Wonderful

My friend and I couldnât be more pleased with our stay. We enjoy unique accommodations that have character and charm. Al Mutran and its wonderful manager Odeh provide just that.
This is not the place for someone who wants the antiseptic cookie cutter environment of a hotel chain. This is a historic building that has aged and developed a particular grace. Sitting on the balcony under the stars while listening to the sounds of the night were intoxicating.
I canât say enough good about Odeh. He went above and beyond our expectations, and ensured our satisfaction. He is well known around town and works hard to present Nazareth in a good light. He elevated our stay from good to great. I donât know if I will ever return to Nazareth, but if I do, I will return to the Al Mutran.
Super cute, super nice, super central... super super super

We stayed at Al-Mutran guesthouse for three nights. It was low season so we had the entire place to ourselves. It's a beautiful 3-level house with two courtyards and two salons. The rooms are quite big, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom facilities are new. Odhi is the manager and he aims to please. He prepares the breakfast himself and is very helpful with tourist information and restaurant suggestions. Would highly recommend!
Very warm and comfortable small hotel in the center of the old town of Nazareth

Al-Mutran is a magnificent, historic residence transformed into a small hotel. It is located in the center of the old town of Nazareth. Manager, Odeh Jubran, is a wonderful warm man who looks after the guests throughout their stay. Here, man does not feel anonymous (as in big hotels) but can experience true (old-fashioned) hospitality. The host greets you, tells the story of the city, hotel, and help you plan your city tour. He also offer you a tea or coffee.
The rooms feel the spirit of history - maybe they are not too big, but tastefully decorated. Particular attention should be paid to the beds - they are very comfortable.
A separate issue is the breakfast, which includes local food, as well as the Odeh specialty - a delicious omelette with herbs!
We will long remember our short stay in Al-Mutran. This is a great place and I can recommend it to anyone who wants to feel the atmosphere of real Nazareth
PLEASE REPLY: Host has not refunded payment that is due

While our stay with Amir was lovely, we have been very disappointed with his service afterwards.
He was not around the morning of our check out and so we left the exact amount in payment at the desk with a note thanking him for our stay. Unfortunately, he had processed payment on the card we had listed when we made our initial booking without telling us, so we had double paid for our stay.
We contacted Amir on the same day who had kindly advised us it would be refunded though it may take some time. It has now been a month since we stayed, and since that initial email where he said he would refund, we have sent over 5 messages each (myself and my friend whom stayed with him) and none of them have been replied to despite our pleas.
Amir seemed kind, lovely and trustworthy but since we have not heard from him we are no longer sure.
