I Have stayed here for 2 days. Linens are completely torn.There is no proper light in the parking. Food was pathetic. They will never give bill for extra service taken there. No Hot water. While booking they have mentioned free complimentary pick and drop. While requesting for drop they are telling it will be chargeable. Finally I have to spend from my own for this. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Booked thru OYO - with 55% off , marketing strategy which finally came up to the same amount as regular price. Reached late for check-in and there was no car-park had to use street space. The room was ok, bath room was big but the windows were blocked by walls of neighboring shop. Paying money for sleep over, felt extravagant. Breakfast time online was mentioned 7 AM,but actual time as per hotel is 7:30 AM. Breakfast quality was nice

This property is marketed by Oyo rooms and the list price shown online is 3 times the rake rate. Even after discount the online rate was more than rake rate. The room was OK in size but the furnishings were dated. It seems that the washing of bed sheets and towel are done by boiling in soda! The breakfast and dinner were OK. The staff, at the front desk as well as cleaning staff are not professionals.

No proper management. No good house keeping. Lighting is not good in parking and no support provided to us when another drunken guest hit our parked car. There is nobody to complain also. When asked for manager, they were telling manager is on leave. Even they started giving lame excuses when asked for towels. Very bad experience.

Selected this property to stay due to its proximity to Tiruchirapalli junction railway station and location central to most places I had planned to visit-Rockfort temple, Srirangam temple and NIT Trichi (from where I had graduated in 1983).
Rooms are good, neat and tidy. The place lacks attached restaurant but served limited south indian breakfast in hall of another restaurant located on ground floor. The staff is helpful.
