Location is close by good resturants. Rooms are clean and serviced everyday. Staff are ok. Breakfast is good. Bed was comfy. The only downside was the wifi. That's why i gave it a 4 instead of 5 star.

A quiet boutique hotel tucked within IT Park. Relatively new,spacious and clean rooms good for a Family of 4. Breakfast is basic which is included in the price of The Room. Staff where very helpful and courteous. I would definitely stay here when i go back in Cebu.

The hotel is located near the business district which is the nicest district in Cebu City. Lots of fast food places. Theyâve got few options for breakfast, but it was just lots of bread, a cup of coffee and a small egg dish of your choice. Staff is very welcoming and helpful.
The room was a bit tired, no hairdryer in the room, no European sockets (you have to ask for a power adaptor at the reception). There is a construction work near the hotel - they start working approximately at 7.30AM and finish after 6PM, noisy.

Hotel was in a great location, tucked away just beside the IT park. The staff were excellent, and made us feel very welcome.
The room facilities were a little basic although perfectly adequate and spacious. We stayed here at the start and the end of our Cebu trip and both rooms were very clean.
Would recommend!

If you think of it as a hotel, you'll be disappointed but if you remind yourself that it's not really a hotel, you'll be fine. Room was spacious enough. Bathroom good for 2 but small for 3. Cleanliness was average, it wasn't bad but it could have been better. General areas were clean but they'd forget to sweep in corners. Mattresses were a bit too firm but we still got a decent night's sleep. Decent accommodation in IT Park. Honestly I'd prefer to be closer to Ayala as it's more convenient but if you have to be close to IT Park or if you just need to stay in the city a few nights and plan on taking taxis (it's not so easy to get a taxi, you need to ask the person at the front desk for help, you're in IT park but in a sort of residential area) or have a car service, it's not bad at all. Breakfast was decent. Overall, good value for money. Wouldn't mind staying here if I have a business trip that requires me to be in IT Park.
