I was here to have the second half of my vacations. This place is some one and a half hours from Ilhéus. If you are a foreign and come here it is better to have made roaming in your cell phone because the wi fi is moody & inconsistent. I had my dinner at the restaurant. A very humble dish of vegetables & fish plus the wrong juice and a beer costed 100 reais , which cld bought a much more consistent meal in my city , São Paulo , a supposedly more expensive place . The cabin was ok , not more than that with the system that you have to have your key in the right place for light and power work . I did not like that you have to use a paper bracelet. I took off mine . It makes feel as I were in a detention camp . Not pleased with this place , not a little

Right on the beach on beautiful Praia da Concha where you have plenty of available activities and restaurants.
Very nice and convenient seaside restaurant, clean comfortable and spacious rooms
Great Service and very serene ambiance in July.

I stayed in this hotel for 7 days with my fiancé, and at the time we arrived at the hotel ,a travel agent (on behalf of the company I had purchased the package holidays) welcomed us and introduce for the front desk staff member ⦠following that he took us for our accommodation. As soon as we started to unpack luggage I realized that, that room was not a Chale, (independent accommodation/small Cottage), in which I had purchased a couple months in advanced. I called to the front desk and explained the situation and he said that, I have been upgraded for that room due to the fact it is even more expensive! I told the staff member that I would like to check what I have paid for ,and he said could do anything at that time because he was alone at the reception. I said this is fair enough, but call me back when you available â¦. At approx. an hour later, he called and said, he could not do anything about it because were not any Chale available? I was very upset at the time due to the fact I have just arrived and want to relax and enjoy my holidays and he took an hour to said that ⦠I was just looking for and a room with more privacy us a chale is! However on the following day they came to me and said that they found me a Chale and we moved in.
I also would like to mention that, a few other concerning about the hotel:
Cons:
âAt the first time I tried to call to the reception and the phone line was not working and it is visible the lack of maintenance; I had water leaking throughout the light bulbs in which I did even bother to report it and a few other things.
âRoom Cleanliness is very poorly done which it is visible the mold on the walls.
âWi-Fi , I have not able to used it at all⦠ok ,ok this place is locate next to the forest, yes I know but I was able to use Wi-Fi in a bar ( beachfront/ remote beach) with no problems.
âAt the sunbathing hotel beach area I have asked for a member of the staff if could I have a towel? and he said to me to go behind of the restaurant and I can get it! On me returned he said on my face that, why you did not bring it from your room a prior to come to the beach? I did not even bother to answer back (the true is, no towel was left in my room by the HSK and when a arrived at the hotel they told me that they had a issues by the Landry supply)
âI had a suspicious male, which to me look like a member of the hotel staff; in which was overlooking me and my fiancé in bed form outside of the room. When this happened I could not see the person clearly, but I was able to see the person shadow face and shoulders reflecting on the glass windows. I reported it to the hotel and they said me that, the hotel manager was informed and they will investigate, although no one got back to me.
â Swimming pool closed for cleaning until 11:00 am.
Pros:
The location of the hotel was fantastic, by the beach, the main street with all the typical shops, bars and restaurants it is walking distance.
I would like to thanks to the Front desk staff member Tatiane, which seemed the only professional member of staff that really cares and big thanks to Mony too, she is a star.

Went there for 3 days. Excellent welcome and staff have been great, smiling and helpful all along our stay.
Some points were disapointing (repeated problems with air conditionning in the room, noisy works during the day for 2 days, swimming pool closed for cleaning, some of breakfasst fruits were tasteless, very bad wifi connection quality), but we still had a very nice stay overall.
