A lovely small bed and breakfast, very welcoming, cozy, and delicious breakfast (try the pancakes). The owners are very welcoming and knowledgeable about the local area (take note on all the recommended restaurants. They have all been great). Great location! Overall, we had an amazing stay, definitely recommend!!

We spent 3 night's here as had a wedding to go to nearby.Patsy and Paul cannot do enough for you.Amazing breakfast. Memory foam mattress.Perfect. It felt like a home from home. Lovely place run by really lovely people. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay.

Just returned from 3 nights with Patsy and Paul - what wonderful hosts! Rooms are very clean and well equipped and the breakfasts were magnificent. Nothing was too much trouble , and we look forward to visiting again. Fully recommend this b&b.

Had an amazing stay for 4 nights. Patsy and Paul were very friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Breakfast was delicious and well organised. Would definately stay again if we visit St Austell in the future. Really relaxing stay.

We stayed here at Patsy & Paul's wonderful B&B in August 2014. We liked it so much we came back & stayed again! They are brilliant hosts who make you feel very much at home. Their local knowledge is excellent & they go out of their way to help you (even putting our frozen pasties in their freezer for us).
We stayed in the double room (a twin room is also available) which is spacious, comfy with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There's a tv, kettle, hair dryer & free wifi connection. There's also ample storage for your clothes, cases etc. The breakfast is to die for, with a selection of cereal, fruit, yoghurt plus a large cooked breakfast.
The separate bathroom is large with a lovely corner bath plus a bidet.
The location is perfect for days out around Cornwall with Penzance the furthest we went to & that took around an hour.
A thoroughly recommended place to stay in St Austell
