I stayed here with my husband for one night whilst on holiday. We stayed with family so only stayed for one night as they had an entertainment show and Buffett night on.
Our room was lovely and had all of the expected amenities. It overlooked the tennis courts and car park and was very clean and comfortable.
The hotel has a good sized pool and is in a good location for Accra.
The food throughout our stay was great. There is a huge selection at breakfast and the buffet dinner was exceptional with a chef on the grill and so many choices and options cooked very well.
The staff were great, we very much enjoyed the event and the VIP treatment.

I stayed at Alisa hotel last year and was happy BUT they changed the hotel to another one across the road. NO INFO ABOUT THIS ON ANY HOTEL BOOKING WEBSITE. What used to be Alisa is not Swiss Port hotel and they put is in a small (lower grade) hotel right across saying this is Alisa when the name of this hotel is LANDMARK NOT ALISA. When you ask them they say they have all facilities but in reality THEY HAVE NOTHING!!! HAVE TO USE POOL, GYM, RESTAURANT ALL OF SWISS PORT HOTEL ACROSS THE ROAD.
Never staying here again! MISLEADING INFORMATION.

Me and my wife arrived at about 4am exhausted after a long flight, and have to be up for work at 8am. When we get to the room, the ac didn't work, and it was hot. After a while they gave us another room, smaller that smelt like being closed for some time. We were not happy and were relocated to the first room again, ac repaired by now. But to our astonishment, it was impossible to regulate it, and it was super cold. We were so tired to complain again, so just covered ourselves with the blanket and slept what we could. Another unpleasant surprise, the bathtub leaked so everytime someone have a shower, the bathroom floor became flooded. After two days in Kumasi we spent at Alisa another night, and we were given a nicer room, but bedsheets were damp and stained. For the last two days we moved to another other that in fact was really nice indeed and closer to bars and restaurants, because there is nothing around Alisa.

The hotel was clean, good breakfast buffet which was included and a awesome pool with live music (occasionally). Our stay was great a quick and responsive staff. They were very professional. The pool is very nice and is open 24 hours if you don't require a lifeguard. I would recommend this Hotel if you are traveling to Accra!

Please address the following sub-standard service with the Hotel Management;
1. No hot water â was not advised that there is an separate âlightâ switch for the hot water geyser.
2. Bath water did not drain from the shower
3. Bathroom door did not close
4. Wall tiles were loose from above the bathroom door that would not close
5. Basin faucet loosely fitted to the rotted melamine bathroom countertop.
6. Arranged wake-up call was 16 minutes late
7. Arranged transfer back to the hotel was 15 minutes late.
8. There were no foreign electrical adaptors available at hotel reception,
I would not recommend this hotel for future visits to Ghana.
