The hotel located near bundaran HI and some big malls, one of the reason why I chose it. The room is modern, comfy, and clean. The staff are friendly and kind enough to help me set up bday surprise for my friend, we hid the cake in the receptionist area and they delivered it to our room :â The breakfast place / skyloft is really nice, you can get a great view up there, breakfast however seems rush and the foods gone really fast (we went at 8 am) The only problem that I noticed is the carpet in the hallway of the room I stayed is kinda stained from water leaking, nonetheless still a great hotel option for bundaran HI area

Great service and swift checkin process. Room was cosy, clean. Love the breakfast at Skyloft, with a good view of the city. About 15mins walk to Grand Indonesia Mall, and across the street is Sudirman Station. Definitely recommended, thank you

Tv shutdown for hours. I am watching tennis australian open and i cant watch. Very disappointing. Hotel just blamed tv provider but cant push for quick solution. Air conditioning is cool. Big bed. Clean

walking distance to top Malls, nice view from SkyLoft for breakfast/supper/dining. simple but cozy enough. value for money definitely. if you're at the hotel on sunday (no car day Jakarta) you could just join the walking and fun colourful event starting from in front of the hotel

The hotel was really excellent. Really kind staff especially Imelda in reception was wonderful and super helpful. Clean hotel and good roof top. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Jakarta if you need good location, great staff and good nights sleep after a tiresome day ! I will definitely stay in this hotel again when I visit Jakarta.
