Room size - decent with two double beds was a surprise.

I visit Bengaluru for business travel.Have stayed here for couple of times now.The hotel is accessible from most of the IT parks and business centers in Whitefield. The rooms have good ambiance with comfortable bed. Expect delicious food with quality service at restaurant. Have received prompt service every time from Mr. Atul Mehta from restaurant team.

Stayed at the hotel 5 night for business trip to Bangalore. The hotel was 10 minutes walking for the office i visited and offered big room, great Wi-Fi and very good breakfast. The staff were nice and helped us with every request. There is also a pool and small gym but i didn't have time to check it.

Prior to staying at the hotel, I had reached out to them on email but their responses were very slow!
Hotel is located in Whitefield, close to number of residential and commercial buildings. It is not on the main road, so did not have traffic noise. There is sufficient parking, both on top and in the basement, but there is no lift to the lobby from the basement. Also, no valet parking. Hence, if you have luggage, better to drop it off at the entrance before parking your car in the basement. Else, you'll end up carrying your luggage up the ramp - as I did!
Room was decent - though rooms are kinda small. The hotel boasts of only 4 suites, all of which I was told were occupied - hence, I was not given one. Instead, they gave me something called a Splash room, which is nothing but a pool-facing room, which anyhow most of the rooms in this hotel are.
Rooms were fairly well equipped. Bathroom was of decent-size, but the material they've used for the bathroom floor was very slippery. Also, water in the shower was not sufficiently hot.
Outdoor swimming pool - slightly dirty. Lots of space around it to sit and relax. Large-sized gym. However, while the cardio equipment was decent, the weights/physio equipment was rather sad! Also, the floor was rather dirty.
Excellent breakfast buffet! Lots of choices and great service!

My second visit, it was a pleasure staying here. Very comfortable !!!. Freindly and welcoming staff. Breakfast is refreshing. Room services are prompt and very good. 24 /7 fitness club remains open.
