I stayed in this hotel for 1 night. It was my business visit. This is a very good budget category hotel. Location is also good. 10 mins ride from calangute beach. Food quality in a la carte is also good. Service is also very good. Only drawback which I feel is buffet menu. It's really need to change and upgrade drastically. Very basic buffet menu for breakfast and dinner. Also quality of plates and other cutlery needs makeover urgently.

This is my 11 stay in Candolim. We booked this hotel on booking.com. It states it is a 3* hotel ( self assessed). On arrival we were shown our room. A mouldy mattress was leaning against the wall, the bathroom needed to be cleaned and a bed like a block of concrete. We asked to be shown another room that was worse than the first. We walked out and found another hotel. This all took place at 0230 hrs, so not very happy. The hotel named us as a NO SHOW on the booking .com website. We had booked for 18 nights,the hotel did refund us 15 nights ,but kept 3 nights money. Several hours later we went to look at the hotel in daylight. It is filthy ,DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

Rooms are average and having very old toilets. Rooms are specious for 3 person in a room. very good option for breakfast. they have range of option for breakfast. evening live music band. We got good deal with goibibo for about 3000 per room per day with complimentary breakfast on it. they are having check out time at 10 AM and check in at 1 PM.

we visited during 15th to 19th of december 2017
we chosen CP plan ( include only breakfast)-- and had it written on our payment receipt given by travel agent...we submitted it to reception on arrival..
we were told that dinner is complimentary.. we confirmed it on two consecutive days..after 4 days they asked and forced us to pay for dinners we had...inspite of their "complimentary" assurance...and when we denied to pay they cancelled our airport drop and farewell gift " we had to spend 1500 rupees more for airport drop by private taxi..
we had given third class room ..with broken commode..and from outside there was continuous loud beep beep noice in night from hotel inverter..so that we couldn't sleep that night..
we changed room next day which was having continuous leak of water from shower..

We booked this hotel from MyHolidays Package. And got the deal for 2800 Rs including breakfast and dinner for 2 people. The best thing about this hotel was its food. The food is super delicious and dessert as well. On all 4 days of stay, it was different variety including non-veg items.
We didn't got the swimming pool view room, but that didn't bother to us since we hardly stayed in room. It is little old property which can be renovated to make it better, but it serves the purpose with AC, geyser, everything working fine.
Our room was cleaned daily without even asking for it. Free WiFi works in Restaurant area only, but it wasn't needed as well. And one more thing, there was live Music on Saturday night, which was also good. Location wise also it was good, there is one 24by7 shopping mall in front of it.
