I was there for a meeting close to the hotel
A magic place, raffinate and including a nice view of the river.
Quite place and amazing rooms and breakfast. Easy to achive the hotel with taxi froma airport.
All employers are kind and always available.

I was 1 night in this well branded hotel. Very clean&confortable, beautiful view, very confortable suite, nice educated staff. BUT I asked for breakfast just orange juice black tea&buttered toast for morning medication. Served me a milk open china little recipient with warm water&condom side teabag to open and mix!!! Toast was cold&dry with side plastic little cold butter... I send it back and ir came the same... back it was. Third time came open china wormed water with paper bag floating and still dry toast. Their chef doesn't t know what tea& butter means in every single modest portuguese establishment. I suspect we are importing foreign mass media turist low food habits. I felt I was in Spain. Unacceptable anywhere in Portugal, especially on a ***** hotel. Mass tourism is to sow foreigners portuguese life quality, not to impose us foreign low commercial fastfoid srandards.

Wow. Location of this hotel is brilliant perched on the river bank a 10 minute walk from the center of Belem a really happening cultural centre. You are so close to lots of historic and interesting buildings. monuments, galleries, restaurants and attractions. Really stylish tres modern building with under ground car parking.
As you are buzzed into the entrance you are met by concierge who take your keys and bags. By the time you are booked in your bags are in your room ready and waiting. The hotel has fabulous facilities including a spa with highly qualified therapists .
The rooms are incredible, huge with fabulous facilities recommend room 103.
Breakfast is delicious and they have a Michelin stared restaurant which is incredible.
Close to trams so easy access to everywhere.
Highly recommend
Only downside was the train in the middle of the road less than 100 yards away as it was a little noisy.

Having arrived back from spending 5 nights at this amazing hotel,itâs situation is perfect amazing views itâs time to give our thanks to all the staff I have seldom stayed in a hotel where each member of staff were as friendly and helpful as the staff here congratulations service was faultless at all times a special thanks to Marta at reception Mariam at the spa and all the bar staff. We only ate one lunch and one evening meal in the hotel which was excellent. The staff recommended some very good restaurants organized our booking etc. the breakfast buffet was one of the best ever with a lot of different choices every morning again very good table service . On last mention donât want to write a book I left my glasses at the hotel and within 35 mins a member of staff brought them to the airport excellent service. Thank you so much we will be back

A very nice Hotel & Spa in Bélem. Overlooking the Tejo. Very nicely designed. We had a room with a beautiful view over the port. Its a really beautiful scenery. The breakfast was good, a nice buffet selection. We were upgraded from a superior balcony room to a deluxe room. and we received birthday amenities in room (champagne and cake). Very nice attention to details. Their restaurant Feitoria has a michelin star, expensive but overall very good. they have a free shuttle service, to and from the airport at certain times. When you visit there, do not forget to make a stop at the shop Pasteis de Belem, mins away from the hotel!
