Took single bedroom accommodation for 10D/9N stay for business trip. The room was clean and well maintained except for one wall 3 pin plug at the dressing table. It had came out of the wall mount. Overall the room is clean and comfortable and quiet for a good night sleep. The premises is just a five minute wall to Juanda Communter Station and a number of good restaurants nearby. Recommend 5 floor for quiet evening and a view of the surrounding.

I apologize in advance I can only give a sigh now, I am the resident of room 528 Amaris Juanda Central Jakarta Checkin Date 22 Checkout Date 23 September 2017.
It is unfortunate for me to regress Amaris Hotel, especially in its cleanliness.
I accidentally before checkout found a scrap of condom under Amaris mattress, and I'm sure there are still many condoms under it.
is the cleaning time not thorough under the mattress?
Honestly our family was so disgusted to see such a scene.
Please this is the attention of the hotel

One of the advantage facilitated by this budget hotel is about its place which is very strategic and could be reached from anywhere parts of Jakarta. It is located in front of Istiqlal mosque and near Passer Baru, a legendary shopping place. The staffs were so friendly and helpful, but they need to maintain the room and its facilities to make their service better.

The first reason to stay in this hotel is location. The property is located near by Juanda Commuter (KRL) train station, easy to get daily transportation to my office at Tebet. Near by Pasar Baru and Pecenongan where many shopping spots and food place be there. The hotel itself is simple, minimalist design, but they still give us free amenities such as sandals, toothbrush, etc. Breakfast time little be crowded, the restaurant is too small, there are no table anymore when we have come at 07.00 am and some served food are already finished.
Suggest to select room at new extension building (more clean and comfortable) if you want to stay here

My husband and I stayed in Amaris Hotel for 3 nights before commencing our tour of Java. The staff were young, well trained and eager to be of service. The location of the hotel is great for visitors, its near a railway station with atms, convenience stores and small restaurants nearby. Our room was clean and of sufficent size as well as quiet. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and coffee service during the day. A great introduction to the friendliness and hispotality of Java.
