I went to few budget hotels and this one has the biggest room (i think). In other hotels, i sometimes find it difficult to pray because of limited space. Also i like that the bathroom use an actual wall instead of glass. The location is near to city center and it could be noisy at times because of busy street. Fortunately i'm a heavy sleeper so don't have a problem with that.

Strategic location. The price are not expensive. Service is quite good. Clean rooms. Hot water is less hot. Good breakfast. Wifi is quite fast. Parking is quite spacious. There is smoking and nonsmoking room.

Fast Check in a check out room was minimalis with good wifi conection a clean but no refrigerator
Room isolation was not good can hear so loud from the trafic outside or from the floor

Overall: Even though it is located right into the city center, but the condition of the room seriously need an face lift. The wall is dirty, the bed is smelly.
I won't return to this hotel before it renovates its rooms.

Pros:breakfast was delicious, near BRT stop station aka halte, near Lawang sewu and paragon mall. Cons:air conditioner in my room produced weird sound maybe it need to service. I booked for 3 days. And also it near gramedia. It was in the same building
