having already been in bali the previous eight days we had made a special request for 12pm check in. we arrived at 11:30 to check in to,they took us to an excecutive suite room when i had booked the royle suite. we then had to wait an hr and a half for the room, causeingus to miss my cousins naming ceromony one of the main reasons we come to bali.
moving on to the next day breakfast was ok nothing special the hotel was slow with things but nothing to really to anoy us. that was until we wake up on our second night, my partner all red and rashy and me with ant bites all down my spine. we let the front desk know and after waiting another hr the bed sheets where changed and ants where still found.
we recived no apology from the hotel and when we went to check out the next morning no futher inquiry was made. this hospitatilty was unexceptable anywhere else in the world this place would no longer be going.

Excellent place to stay, profesional staff everywhere, very friendly and helpful, every time and every moment and time always smile for us.
Greet swimming pool, we like the ambience of this hotel, so peaceful during stay here.

arrived and met friendly staff shown our room pleasantly surprised lovely large room. large tv a balcony with a great view but at night in the bar no spirits no cocktails .half the menu missing even the rooftop bar missing very disappointed a shame it has been a beautiful place but cracks and holes everywhere very little English spoken

I wasy enjoy stay at this property. Everything was oke, but the things that make me wondering are the lobby and the room a bit dusty (staff should move around and check it as often as they can), less variaty of buffet breakfast, cannot provide iron & board why this is be my concern because they do not have in-house laundry. When i ask sauce dish to put my soy sauce and chilli sauce but unfortunatelly they dont know what i mean. Then they provide me soy sauce with a saucer (unproper) Hemh.... but i love the room, its spacious!
