It was among the accommodations that welcomed pay-at-hotel pre-booking when I had an issue with Airbnb places that matched its price (but not all amenities it offered!) that only accepted credit card payments. For a standard room, shared toilet & bath arrangement, I got a nice and clean air-conditioned room for myself, with basic toiletries (soap, shampoo, dental kit), there's an electric kettle with complimentary coffee and bottled water, cable TV, free and strong wi-fi connection, hot/cold shower in the shared toilet, free breakfast with different choices (and room service if you want that breakfast in your room), a phoneline, open 24 hrs for late check-ins, plus nice and informative staff-- all for P830 (I booked within the week of stay, but some could even get it at a lower rate if they booked earlier). I thought it would charge higher for non-credit card holders but I got the room for a lower price through Travelbook.
I had a late check-in but did not need an Uber/Grab taxi as the jeep plying Buendia to PRC/Guadalupe passed by the corner of Amax's street going to Pasong Tamo, so I just walked a few houses down. I saw two 24/7 convenience stores along the way, a pharmacy, a laundry shop, a small Japanese resto, small eateries, and residents of all ages still out on the street at close to 11:00pm. The staff gave me their cellphone number earlier and was reassuring when I texted them of my late check-in on the night of my stay. There's a mirror in the room and two under the bed storage drawers that contained hangers. No wall rack for the hangers, though, but I just hung my clothes on the door's lock chain. There's like only two rooms occupied on the floor that night so it's like I have the toilet for myself. There's a building guard.
After my stay, I just walked all the way to the Greenbelt and Glorietta malls via the overhead walkways in the inner streets so I won't have to wait for traffic lights to cross the streets. More eateries (low and high-end), hotels, banks, hospitals and clinics, and business establishments along the way.

I always trust and like this hotel because first, it is affordable to my budget and second, the staff are attentive and courteous and third, it is one ride to MRT Magallanes and Ayala station it is also near Buendia LRT station.
The room is clean and with windows and has a common toilet this is the reason why it is cheaper . Free breakfast is serve from 7am to 9am. You can also request to deliver your breakfast in your room. There is a free coffee and bottled water in the room. with free dental kit, shampoo and soap.

A nice place to stay overnight.
Nice people, good service, clean area and have a small parking area at least 10 car slot. Near buendia and inside makati business center. Rooms are complete with (tv, refrigerator, hot and cold shower, clean toilet and bathroom).

So, i came here to makati to have my tb testing in IOM. This is the only accomodation i can find that offers a single room with the lowest price rate. Other accomodations that are near IOM were more than 1500php and the lowest room rates are shared rooms of 6 to 8 person per room. The location is okay and there are lots of mini stores/convenience stores near it, and good thing there is a 7/11 store just less than a 5 minutes walk. Taxi drivers are quite familiar with the location but not the hotel, so you need to specify that you are going to dela rosa street then M. Santillan. Google map is very useful. The hotel has a homey feeling to it since its classified as an Inn. The people are responsive and accomodating. The standard single room with shared bathroom was enough for me since i just need to have some place to sleep in the middle of makati. I had a tv with quite enough channels, a cooler (its not a typical air conditioner) but enough to make my room cold and a free breakfast and that was only for 579/night. In the second floor where my room was located, they had 1 bathroom and 2 shower area, quite enough designation for the 7-guest rooms. Surprisingly, the are is quiet and confortable to sleep with. I had a good rest after my medical. I recommend this place to solo travellers on a tight budget but wants some privacy.

Great staff results to a great experience (coz they 'run the whole show!'). Booked for 22 days. First time in a 2 Star hotel (needed one near MMC). My expectations were low but was gladly surprised to have a nice-clean-scented room, comfortable beds, many delicious breakfast sets, genuinely warm, accommodating and efficient staff. Secured place and safe area. They're true to the claim - 'The Best Budget Hotel in Makati.'
