Just a throw away distance from colva beach. Clean calm and beautiful hotel with a nice swimming pool. Although the price we pay is a bit more as it was a peak time for Goa. But recommended for stay..

Although building is old, they did maintained it in good manner. I think they can do better by some renovation. Hotel location was quite good. Its very near to beach. We took beach side walk every night. There is one nice hotel nearby, Udupi veg. Best thing is, this hotel has veg meal and very good taste with very reasonable charge. About hotel, AC was working fine. Bathroom door was not closing properly, but we didn't had problem with that. Still they need to fix it. Swimming pool was great. Wifi was there and free, but we didn't get the signal in our room. Whenever we got the signal, it was too slow. I think they need to improve the wifi quality as most of us use the wifi during whole day. My suggestion, go ahead and book the hotel. You won't regret it for what you are paying. I will definitely book it for next gao trip.

The hotel is pretty close 5 min walk to beach. It has pretty clean rooms, decent and neat swimming pool, pretty good responsive staff, clean bedsheets and towels ..All at super budget value.
Dont have an inbuilt restaurants for lunch and dinner but basic breakfast and 24 hr tea/coffee is provided.
Pros: All looks ok ..
Cons: Seriously nothing, but dont expect to extend your journey without planning as its normally pretty well booked.

This property inspite of being budget offers all the luxuries a man can possibly get. We were a family of four adults along with two kids and a infant. We did not face any issue of whatever sorts, and the staff was kind to accommodate all our requests which included cleaning the milk bottle of the kid, sanitizing with hot water and refilling with milk whenever we asked, including odd hours. The staff of the hotel is so courteous and they have created a benchmark in delivering awesome guest feel. I would like to thank all the staff especially the old man who delivered all the food and complied with all our requests. Plus the location is brilliant. It is hardly 300 metres away from colva beach which is less crowded. I would recommend everyone to visit this property once.

We were 6 girls who stayed at the hotel in September 2017,worth the price we paid.The hotel staff were very helpful in suggesting us places and booking a taxi for us back to railway station.
Pankaj(hotel staff) is very reliable and helpful.We had requested for a street facing and pool facing room.
Booked through Make my trip,costed around 1,300 per person for 2 days excluding meal plan.
