We spent three lovely nights here. The room was an ocean view room and was huge. It was great and when we arrived the jacuzzi was filled with rose petals and a really nice bouquet of roses was on the bed. We had breakfast each day and there was a large variety to choose from. Cocktails in the rooftop bar were also very nice at sunset. The staff were very helpful, professional and friendly. We had a great time. Thank you.

We stayed for 4 nights and it is a very nice hotel in a great beach side location. All of the staff were terrific in that they were always looking to help you and always going about their daily tasks with a smile. We have an ocean view room and it was extremely large with a beautiful bathroom and extensive dressing room. It also had a Jacuzzi bath on the balcony which we didn't use but a nice touch. The hotel is located directly on the beach and somewhat private but very local to many bars, restaurants and shops. It was the rainy season and weather is prone to heavy storms which made the beach look very dirty with debris at times. I was told this is not the case in other seasons. it also had very functional free Wifi If I had to make a negative comments I would say the breakfast is a little too expensive at $25 USD pp where cheaper acceptable alternatives were available just down the road. However I would return to this hotel as the quality of the rooms, location and staff are great.

Upon Check-In, there was an issue with the A/C and it was so hot and humid.. after couple of hours we were told that due to an unexpected error, the A/C is not working well and had to call the engineer to fix it.
the 2nd and the most annoying issue that we faced was the suite balcony Jacuzzi, from the first night we found that the water was cold. We reported it and the engineer came to check, he informed us that the main tank was empty and it needs one hour to be filled with hot water. we waited for 2 hours and water was still cold.. so we gave up and went out of the hotel. We were hoping that this issue was going to be fixed the following night but unfortunately it was never fixed and we couldn't even use the Jacuzzi not even once.
The entire experience ruined our entire honeymoon. The suite was not at all what we were hoping for and had we have known the state of both the suite and the facilities, we would have never chosen to stay at your hotel.

Spent a week at this hotel mid Jan, the rooms/suits are vast. Dressing/wardrobe area, bathroom, lounge bedroom and then balcony with jacuzzi.
Very clean and tidy, rooms serviced twice a day. Staff all very polite helpful and always with a smile.
The hotel is on the beach but most beds are around the pool, which is good if you want to avoid the many beach sellers as they are not allowed on the hotel property.
Breakfast a little chaotic with our order only be correct first time 2 out of 7 times. Plenty of staff but quite disorganised although they really do try to help.
Pity the restaurant and bars are so expensive compared to 20 meters up the road because it means there empty most of the time and even though we visited the bar a couple of times it lacked atmosphere.
Would recommend this hotel and go back for the helpful staff who try there best and the size of the rooms

Stayed for 2 night at this hotel..
Breakfast is great ..
Variety menus for breakfast are good for me who always have fruit and fresh salad ..
and for my daughter who sometimes wants a full breakfast ..
The hotel has a beach - although not a private beach for the hotel but it is clean and there are some cafes along the beach ..
All the staff are very helpful and attentive.. If you drive, they will help you park your car because the parking lot is very limited at the hotel.
The location of the hotel is good, shops , cafes, restaurant just walking distance..
