I had a wonderful time! The staf was extremely friendly and helpful! Very clean room, and a wonderful homely breakfast! Very good location both for walking and taking the metro.
I felt like I was a guest at a friends home!!

My wife found this B&B via booking.com and surprised me @ my Birthday with a 4 day trip to Barcelona.
It was fantastic @ANBA ... the room...clean...very nice paintings on the ceiling from the 19th century..very nice and friendly staff.
Helpful in any kind of matter.
Breakfast was awesome.
It cant get better. Worth staying.

Stayed here just for one night after not liking our planned accommodation. First of all it is ideally located, outside a metro station, and just a 10 minute stroll to Catalunya Square which leads to La Rambla. The Anba really is a delightful place where the staff are making a determined effort to "get things right". Spotlessly clean, mini bar in room, honesty bar in dining room, lovely homemade jams and cakes at breakfast. I honestly can't fault it and should my wife and I return to Barcelona then Anba will be the first accommodation we will look for.

Veryfriendly reception, very good explanation for visit of Barcelona with many adresses ,nice and warm hotel, complete and delicious breakfast, location nearby Plaza de Catalunya, taxi at the corner, also metro, good restaurants and bars near the hotel.

A lovely small hotel. On check in we had a few eating places recommended which we went and were delicious. The breakfast was excellent, they even gave us a packed breakfast as we were leaving before breakfast started.
