Stayed at the Andaz for a short visit on a cold January day.
The check in experience was very positive and efficient. Team was very friendly and gave me great advice on how to spend a spare hour.
Location is wonderful amongst the 9 canals and a short walk to the Daim.
The rooms are in great state and well furnished. The bed is comfortable and the shower is excellent- my two most important criteria. I loved the colour scheme in the room - however sometimes I do like a more conventional room design rather than having the sink in the middle of the room.
I was, however, surprised that there were no slippers in the room.
If you are looking for a well located hotel, with a very friendly team and a bit more trendy then this is the place to stay.

A cold February weekend, made bright, & exquisite by our stay. The challenge was set on booking: âMy daughter is a bride to be. Please could you put a card in her room saying âCongratulations, BRIDE TO BEâ. She also likes pug dogs, so would you be able to put a photo of a pug in the room too.â
Andaz turned up trumps. They exceeded our expectations with minute attention to detail and went to huge trouble to make our weekend perfect. Outstanding customer service.

We have just arrived back from this beautiful hotel, from the moment we checked in the staff were so friendly and attentive, we arrived at our canal view room to a bottle of champagne and beautiful tulips has it was our wedding anniversary this was such a lovely touch and it was so appreciated by myself and my husband , the room was beautiful and spotlessly clean!!! Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices and friendly staff, we cannot thank you all enough and will definitely recommend!!!!!

A great hotel in a great location. Spacious room, very good service and good food. The interior decor is trying a bit too hard but at least they are trying to be different. A relaxed bar area and good breakfast.

Perfect location, facilities and staff.
From moment we arrived staff where attentive and very polite. We quickly realised weâd forgotten a travel adaptor, phoned reception and within moments they provided a complementary adaptor to borrow. Mini bar with exception of alcohol was complementary and restocked daily, left little cakes in room on first day and provided wine in the evening 5-6pm. All things that we would of happily paid for, but was a really nice touch they just provided. Made us feel they were there to make us comfortable rather than trying to rack up our bill, made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. Bar was great, very comfortable and drinks menu was excellent.
