We attended a 40th Celebration at the Andaz Catch Lounge so decided to stay over rather than drive home. Our stay was extremely pleasant, it was lovely to have a guest room with decent lighting, oh so often hotel rooms are dimly lit which is rubbish for women trying to get ready. Checkin was really good, I arrived early from my partner who was still at work. Sasha was lovely explaining the complimentary room mini bar, complimentary wine in reception early evening and the refreshment facility also. The room was spotless, shower great, bed extremely comfortable with amazing pillows too. How many times do you usually wake up from a hotel stay with a stiff neck! Not this time.
We had a lovely stay, and were even able to leave our luggage at the hotel after checkout while we enjoyed an afternoon of London shopping.being literally a one minute walk from Liverpool St. station we will definitely book to stay again for any other London functions.

The hotel is next to Liverpool station and within walking distance from business district. There are bars and restaurants in the hotel and lots more within 5 mins walk making it much convenient to spend a decent night out even on a rainy London day without worrying about traffic! The rooms are refurbished since mid 2016, making it feel spacious and modern. Love the USB charge plug by the bed side. Coffee machine is an added value. The staff are so friendly and helpful.

Arrived in the morning after an overnight trip from the US, and the team did a great job of helping me get settled. My room wasn't available yet, but they gave me a temporary room to stay in and get my legs under me, before setting me up with my suite upgrade. Every single person on their team was first rate. Special kudos to Ryan, the manager during my stay. I was working on a project that was running late and therefore needed some extra time in the room. He was incredibly generous and allowed me to extend my late checkout until the work was done at no charge. Better yet, i didn't have to change my room. Turns out that my meetings will extend through next week, so I am planning on returning to the hotel for the weekend. If my client weren't already paying for the extended week, I'd stay at Andaz. Best recommendation one can give is with one's wallet and time. They're getting both when I visit London.

Weâve been to this hotel before and were pleased to see that many of the staff were still there and smiling. There is a relaxed atmosphere and many little touches which made us feel special. The quality of the breakfast did not seem as special as before, but the Eastway Brasserie did not disappoint. Itâs nice to have a variety of eating/drinking venues within the complex for those who may be less mobile or tired after sightseeing. Beds are great too!

The rooms are amazing, beds comfy.
Location is really great. But there is no bellboy, and you have no phone number to reception in room. And at breakfast there where no one to seat you or asking if you Winter tea or coffe, The things in the buffé that should have been wars where stone cold! not what you expert form what is supposed to be a 5 star hotel.
