Every room at this hotel is air conditioned and is fitted with a flat-screen TV. Some accommodations have a sitting area for your convenience. The rooms have a private bathroom fitted with a shower. For your comfort, you will find slippers and free toiletries.

They have very poor billing service...I stayed in room c2 on 6th Jan.I ordered tea .They assured me that it will be delivered in 10 minutes.I was kept waiting for over 30 minutes for a cup of tea..finally it was time of my train and I decided to check out.At the billing counter to my surprise I was charged for the undelivered tea.There manager Mr. virendra insisted that I should pay for the tea inspite of not getting it.I paid and left the hotel.....Very unprofessional and rude behaviour by the hotel management .......avoid....

All positives about the venue.. with very few short comings (not to mention)..
Highly proffessional n' friendly staff with good energy level.
I would like to recommend few staff members from my side :
Front office : Mohd. Mohsin, Virendra Awasthi. Smart in their business..
House Keeping: Syoesha Mam' .... keeps notice of even the most minor issues for the welfare of the guests..
Room Service : Narender, Vineet.. offer proper respect to the guests..

One the things is requires to do this perfect is to little bit change in linen quality

This Hotel is a must for budget travellers. The hotel is nearby to the railway station and Char bagh bus stop located infornt of Naka HIndola Police Station. The only setback is ventilation ,as rooms don,t have outside ventilation. Other than that there is nothing as such.
Coming onto the service, service is prompt and staff is attentive, housekeeping is up-to the mark, Room service is good and quick. Also they have a local travel agent who is also very helpful and happy to help.
Recommended !!!!
