Only good thing about this Hotel was the location. This past Christmas we booked 3 rooms, all 3 of them were disgusting. We waited almost 2 hours to get our rooms, supposedly the rooms were not done being cleaned. However, the rooms were far from clean! Rooms smelled of cigarette smoke, there was mold & water damage on the walls in 2 of the rooms (which they just painted over), one of the pillow sheets had blood on it, in one room the sheet had chewing gum stuck to it. The dining table in one of the rooms was still dirty and when we asked housekeeping (who was standing right there) if he could clean it or have it cleaned he just gave us a rag to clean it ourselves.
Bathrooms were also not properly cleaned. I could barely sleep, I was so disgusted. Absolutely NOT worth what was paid!

Had one overnight stay only , was upgraded to newer refurbished room as there was no family room available. Upon arrival the sofa bed intended for children had no bedding, this was rectified swiftly, also bath towels had to be requested, this too was sorted.
Breakfast was very good with a good continental breakfast.Hotel is slightly Difficult to find but would make easier if instruction that itâs directly next to Car park, this also is a selling point for hotel in my opinion that they have parking next door .
Overall we were pleased with our stay and would recommend this hotel for its very central location and clean rooms

Excellent location just next to the central train station and very close to the city center which is easily reached by the main shopping avenue, very nice walk.
Rooms are big and so comfortable. They have been renovated recently. Very big bed as well.
The staff was very friendly and gentle, however there was a lack of professionality at some ocassion.
Excellent value for money.

The Antwerp City Hotel is well located near the beautiful Railway Station. It is also walk distance from the center of Amberes. It is clean personnel is nice and the superior family room is big and modern. The only problem we had is that the heating was not properly working and the room was a bit cold.

stayed at this hotel for a couple of days on business trip. it is a great hotel and i highly recommend it. it has a great location (walking distance from the centraal station and also walking distance from centre). room is huge, service is great! 5 star!
