The only thing good about the hotel was the outside of the hotel. I liked that, but the rooms didn't match the design of the exterior.
The cleaners seemed lazy when cleaning the rooms. for the first week, I felt like I was in the same bedding, so I put a pen mark on the duvet, just to test and for 2 whole weeks, I was in the same sweaty duvet. Bad for hygiene.
The food wasn't the best, the pizza was so roar, I picked it up and it fell apart. The food was so pour, it felt like the head chef was on work experience or something. And it was almost like we got the left overs from the sister hotel across from us.
Wont be going back.

These apartments are located very closely to the main strip/beach front. The reception staff were very friendly. Air conditioner is an older system but it does the job. Large balcony. Fridge included a mini freezer very handy.
These advertise having a swimming pool but forgot to mention that it does not see any sunshine at all this time of year. No other facility was offered. The "hot food" at breakfast was served cold. The kitchen staff are very slow at refilling trays. The coffee and juice are served from machines, the taste is not the best. Within the apartments themselves: There is no remote control, kettle, iron, hair dryer without additional charges. Very very limited on English channels. The sofa and the mattresses need to be changed immediately as they look and feel like the are years' old. Cleaning - Advertised as Provided Daily - Do not be mislead by this, they give clean towels and fresh toilet roll daily. They will also use a scented spray throughout the apartment to imply the entire place has been cleaned. - This is not the case! The proper clean is only offered every 4 days, including bed sheet change, mopping etc.
There is no entertainment offered, so terrible for anyone who likes to relax in the evening times. No facilities on site to entertain adults or children.

Visited 2nd week of October. 2 adults and 3 kids. 2 bed apartment nice and clean. Really dated but for all the time u spend in them not overly bothered. Beds comfy enough and loads of room. Our room overlooked main road which didn't bother us. Once kids in bed we enjoyed watching everyone stottering home.
Food was terrible. We were half board and went for one breakfast and never went back. Cold and not even meat sausages they were hotdogs! Plenty of places round about for a breakfast for a few euro. Brilliant location. 5 mins from beach and the main resort. Across a road from a brilliant supermarket. Pool was closed though cause they deemed too cold. We're Scottish and it's 25 degrees - we're fine with this! !!!
The resort itself really good. Lovely beaches. Loads of places to eat. Wee train that runs all over salou for 6 euro each. Some places were closed though for quieter months already as was the waterpark.
Booked trip to Barcelona and camp nou.
Booked through PLANA buses dotted all over resort as about 80 euro cheaper than reps.
All in all was a good visit.

Just spent 2 weeks here ...basically a nice place and some friendly staff. When booking the holiday was told a pool but they forgot to say it closed from 1st Oct .Yes you can use facilities in California Gardens ..which is behind the apartments across 2 busy main roads . The food was awful .Brits are not catered for whatsoever. We had to eat out every day as we knew the evening meal would be chips ..pizza ..salad . The rest of the food we couldn't eat .I will be taking this up with Thomsons as really feel cheated out of what should have been a good holiday .

The hotel is in a central location very close to all the night life etc.On entering the hotel I was quite impressed it had recently had a refurb so reception area,bar and dining areas was very swish and modern.Our room was an apartment which was very large and clean but a little dated don't think they had spent that much on refurbing the rooms.It went down hill rapidly as far as dining the food was woeful either breakfast or evening meal was shocking most of the time the food was under cooked and cold.Pink sausages in a morning with cold beans not a great idea.Cold paella or cold rubber fish
also not good.Needless to say we ate out after 2 visits.The pool is quite small for the size of the hotel and situated in the shade most of the day.Kids are not allowed any inflatable toys of any kind not even a ball they cant even splash in the pool.To bill this as a family hotel is a bit of a joke really. The only thing this place has goin for it is location.We wont be going back!!!!
