We knew as it was November that it would be quiet but we didnât realise that meant it would be difficult to see anyone in reception. On arrival our keys had been placed in a plastic bag behind a plant pot, with a note taped to the door telling us that was where they were. We were given a map to our apartment and found it easy enough but we arrived in daylight and wouldnât have liked to arrive at night. We were to check in officially the next day at 10.00. Very friendly staff sold us a key for a safe in the hotel but didnât mention how difficult it was going to be to get access to it when needed. The reception was Only open a few hours each day but shut all day on Sundayâs , bank holidays and family wedding days! We had been led to believe that we had access to the restaurant and bar at the hotel but the hotel had shut the week before and as everywhere nearby was shutting for winter (shops and bars)it was a 15 minute walk to the harbour and nearest open restaurants.
The apartment was clean and comfortable. We had to ask for a toaster and a hairdryer when we checked in which they fetched for us but apart from that everything else was fine.
If we had known it was going to be like this it would have been ok but it should have been made clear from the hotel details that after October it is fend for yourselves.
Pollenca is a lovely place and the Apartments are close to the beach, perhaps it is better in September or perhaps April when places are opening and not shutting.

Nothing fancy but ticked all the boxes for us. We were in an apartment above Pro Cycle, excellent location. Didnât eat in the hotel but the beer at 3 Euroâs a pint was the cheapest and the best in the resort.

My partner and i are delighted to have stayed here. Helpful, friendly and very attentative towards their guests needs. Very good service, the apartment was very comfortable, clean and spacious with air conditioning in rooms. We really used the apartments as a base and explored the Island with electric bikes, motorboat and public transport. Everything that you need for your holiday is locally available, we would definately come back here to holiday again it was an excellent holiday. Thank you Staff at the Don Miguel Appartments

My wife and myself just got back from a week in These Apts. We have been visiting Port de Pollenca for nearly 20 years. These apts are definitely the best yet. Quiet location in a part of the resort that we like. Nice staff and nice bright accommodation. Although this is not the fault of the Don Miguels we were disappointed there is no Blue Flag on the beach this year. As it is not acceptable to have a resort without a Blue Flag. I will try to post this particular fact elsewhere on TripAdvisor if I can. Thanks again to Don Miguel staff. Pool was quiet and none of the usual towel on beds nonsense.

Very clean and spacious . Lovely bathroom . Central location . We had a downstairs unit which had its own private garden . Food and drinks in the nearby Panorama hotel were very good .
Only negative is that the pool was in the shade.
