This accommodation serves its purpose in some respects - roof over head, reasonable location and its budget price - and for this I want to give it 2 or even 3/5. However the service is appalling and brings to mind Fawlty Towers for its inept customer service which was most evident on check in and check out as detailed.
On arrival I was told the credit card machine did not work and that I would have to pay cash. When I stated that I did not have the cash I was told to visit a cash machine. What if I didnât have money on deposit? The answer is I would be denied my pre booked stay (maybe a blessing in hindsight). There was no empathy on their part. No cash no stay.
This should raise alarm bells so make sure you have cash on you or be frog marched to the cash machine across the road before getting your keys. If you donât have money and intended to pay on credit then you might be in a spot of bother...
Turning to my checkout experience. I had asked for a 12 rather than 11am. This was apparently fine. However at 1101 there were very loud bangs on my door. Almost like someone was trying to break in or seriously intimidate. When I opened the door it was a lady banging on my door with a broom saying I had to leave. I explained I had a 12 checkout but this fell on deaf ears and it was clear I needed to gather my stuff immediately and get out. The tactics were brutal with banging continuing every few minutes like a petulant child and the water turned off (without warning) so I couldnât so much as brush my teeth let alone shower. They said it was the whole street without water but my friends were staying further nights and confirmed it wasnât the case at that time.
As I write this Iâm actually getting angry (but also laughing) at the treatment as have never experienced anything similar and for that Iâm actually going to give it a 1 Star and hope people visit this hotel with their eyes open.
It does seem that many people have had an ok experience but youâll notice the poor reviews all centre around interaction with the staff or being on the ground floor, therefore with prior warning you might be able to navigate these pit falls.

We stayed here at the start of July and found it to be perfect for us.
We were in room 111, which didn't had a balcony and we were facing other people's rooms but that didn't put us off.
We stayed for 4 nights , the room was spacious, clean and had air con and a tv.
We had a cooking area and fridge and ha no issues with noise.
Obviously a few voices when people were coming and going but we were perfectly happy with our room and the location of the hotel.
All staff were polite and didn't trouble us.
We would come here again, there's plenty of places to eat and drink and there's a shop just across the way, with the beach a stone's throw away, right near to the sunset strip.

Nice and helpful staff in reception. The room was nothing special, but in the end was okay for what we needed as we were most of the time outdoors. Price more or less economic for what you find in the expensive Ibiza.

We came to Ibiza for our good friends wedding and our experience was dampened by our stay here. From the moment we entered it was the worst service we have ever received from a hotel. In particular two people who really shouldn't work in the service sector were Sarah and George. Both of them worked at reception. George always did the evening shifts and Sarah the mornings.
We entered our room very late and all we wanted to do was go to bed, as we got in we noticed there were some blood marks on the sheets and pillow. We informed the desk promptly and were told all cleaners had gone so had to wait till tomorrow for the cleaners to come. We had to leave fairly promptly for the wedding and reminded reception of our bedroom situation.
To say that I was livid when we returned to find the bedroom still dirty and few things moved around to look as if it had been cleaned and to still see our beds made with the blood sheets was an understatement.
I have never wanted to leave a hotel so quickly and it really ruined our experience on what is a lovely island. Sarah is very rude, unhelpful and should not be working there. She reluctantly gave the hairdryer to my husband on one occasion and demanded 20euros as a deposit. The polices of this hotel need to be reviewed if you want people to come back. Bedroom was dark, lifeless and resembled a prison. Also pool looked very dirty.

very large and clean apartments. Very excellent and friendly staff. Free public parking very close, about 200 meters, possibility to leave the luggage and take a shower before leaving. very recommended, I would recommend it to everyone and if i will go to ibiza for sure i will stay here again. thanks to all the gods.
