Hi Guys
My wife and I stayed in the Niu d'Aus for 2 weeks from 28/09/17,our flights were with Ryanair never fly with them again.
We booked with love holidays no problem with them great deal.
We asked for a top floor we got one on the second floor with nice views over the harbour of porto petro.
Yes the apartments are basic but nice and clean found the beds and pillows a bit on the hard side,but no real problem.
The pool is small but well kept,not many sunbeds but always found one or two,we just wanted peace and quiet and we found it here,great for walkers,,not so good if your poor on your feet.
We loved the walk around porto petro and way beyond remember take something strong for your feet its about 15 minute walk upto the shops and restaurants ,we loved the harbour at Cala Dor & Cala llonga,Jolly Rodger pub a must.
Also if you love big meals,old English style try Molly's Irish Bar,massive meals and great crack nice people,we loved Molly's.
Some lovely walks hotel will give you a free map.
The weather was great for time of the year,we really enjoyed our stay,two friends joined us for our last week and they said the same as us,,they loved the place.
Anyway its on the list too revisit next year,,,All the best the Geordies

My wife booked the holiday and what a gem she found! The apartments are clean, cool and the the grounds are well equipped with nice pools, games area, much needed beers and even bike rental. The location of the place is perfect too as it's off the busy main drag of Cala Egos but within walking distance as well as Cala D'Or and Porto Petro. I would also recommend a trip to Cala Mondrago if you have the time. Staff were super friendly, charming and helping and our young son fell in love with Mapi in particular. Thank you Niu D'Aus for the wonderful time

A great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The view of the port from the balcony is amazing, if you can try and get a room facing that way and top floor of possible. The only recommendations I would make is for the shower heads to be changed but it's a minor issue. We had a great stay here and absolutely loved it.

Located in a queit place in Porto-Petro town. Nice seaview from third floor and pleasant pool outside the hotel where many guests enjoyed sunbathing or having some pool time.
Service was very pleasant.
Room amenities were adequite for a short holiday. The room had a small fridge where we kept the fruits and wine. We also used a basic water heater for morning coffee. Bathroom was clean and rooms were big enough. Also air conditioning worked fast and had many functions.
If you're travelling with a rented car this is a great choice to stay in Mallorca! Not least for the great view...

Lovely set of 16 apartments set away from the small town of Porto Petro (0.5 miles) and Cala D'Or (0.6 miles). Had a good feel from our arrival. Nice apartment with separate bedroom with double bed and pull out bed in the living room. Kitchen kitted out with fridge, two ring electric hob, toaster and microwave which sufficed for everything I made. Nice pool and gardens, all the staff were helpful and friendly. Small carpark to the side of the apartment as well for the hire car (recommend you hire one if you do not like walking!) Small Spar in Porto Petro and a small Euroski supermarket in Cala D'Or both within quarter of an hours walk. We packed a rucksack which transported all what we needed from both. The coast is especially beautiful around this area, volcanic with little sandy beaches in the coves. Would especially recommend Parc Natural De Mondrago which is either a 2 mile walk or cycle away. If you go in a car its 5 euro to park and you still have to walk quarter of an hour from the car park to the beach. All in all, beautiful, place and lovely people would recommend to just go, unwind and relax!
