Stayed for one night, hotel staff were great and room was perfect. Only slight issue was the shower (the pipe that connects onto the shower 'bar' was a little loose so water was coming out), apart from that, couldn't fault the staff or anything else...the reception staff are more than beyond welcoming!

5/5 experience all round. Perfect location, spotlessly clean, spacious room, very comfortable bed, soundproof, huge walk-in shower. Have already recommended to friends & colleagues and will definitely stay again. A far superior experience than I had recently in the nearby Abode Hotel! I gave this feedback to the checkout staff.

The hotel itself was fine, my only issue was that my premium 'city view' room on the 6th floor was not a city view. Good breakfast and pleasant staff but I felt a little undercharged by the advertised description of my room view.

We have been visiting this hotel for some years now, even before it was an Apex and it gets better each time! It has been beautifully modernised, the rooms are quiet and very well designed, the beds are comfortable, the towels are soft and fluffy and the facilities are very good. In addition, the staff are friendly throughout. In such a convenient location, this is our favourite hotel in Glasgow - we have tried others but always come back here!

We went as a family to celebrate my fathers birthday. The Apex was a Lovely hotel, friendly staff and amazing location. No complaints. Thank You, you made our trip very memorable we will most definitely be back
