Unless you want your room to be broken into and you losing all your valuables also with the resort staff being involved in all this , my advice to all my fellow travellers, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE!
On the 31st night , when we were ushering the new year in , little did we know that back at the resort our room (along with 5 other rooms) are getting ransacked!!! The resort manager Arun Kumar learnt about the robbery at 1:10am and did not take any action. Neither did he bother to call us and inform us that our room has been broken into.
We returned at 5:30am and he very matter of factly broke this news to us!
Lost valuables worth 6lakhs INCLUDING OUR PASSPORTS!
The hotel staff has to be involved for something like this to be pulled off!!!
-Non functional cctv cameras.
-lax attitude of the resort manager
-no proper safe provided to keep our valuables
- weak doors , easy to break the locks and get entry , that led to this robbery.

We are a family of four. Nice clean pool, friendly helpful staff, clean tech free rooms, skylight bathrooms, comfortable beds and pillows, safe & convenient location, calm and tranquil setting, value for money, have been there thrice in 5 years, will go back again!

Had been to this resort recently on a weekend trip with family and to be frank, this was one of my best experiences as far as eco resorts are concerned. Looking at the entrance one might get fooled into believing that there isnt much here but once u step inside you realise that this place is really unique.. firstly u are welcomed by a huge pool which has sections for adults, kids as well as toddlers to play in. next u step inside the many Portuguese styled cottages to be greeted with plush interiors , meticulously maintained with beds and linen spotlessly clean.. our manager even ensured that our cottage aCs were turned on well in advance so that we would get a nice cool welcome. staff is superfriendly and everything is taken care of really well..the resort is beautifully designed and totally in sync with nature.there is even a yoga room if u need one.. the cottages have a back door which opens out into a beautiful garden with lawn chairs where one can enjoy morning tea or coffee listening to the beautiful chirping of birds in the background.. there is even an artificial lake with lotuses which just adds to the overall ambience..the pool is also brilliantly illuminated at night. in short this is the best place if u wish to have a weekend getaway with family at a mindblowing price.. Def worth recommending to fellow travellers.

Far away from the hustle-bustle of other beaches, the Ashwem beach was definitely a place for a silent observer like me. But the icing on the cake was an amazing experience at Aquatica. Supremely subtle environment, classic rooms and welcoming staff - Aquatica scores on all fronts. I must say, they served the best Pressed French Coffee in Goa coupled with an amazing breakfast. A stay at Aquatica is a must if you are looking for a quiet & relaxing getaway in Goa!

I was recently in Goa for a wedding and stayed here (as recommended by the bride and the groom who frequent Goa a lot!). We had a GREAT visit! The staff was very accommodating and it's a short 5-7 min walk from the beach and cute little boutiques (just google la plage hotel). The cottage is very rustic, with just enough modern amenities to make your stay comfortable. The bathroom FEELS like you're in open air, but is completely covered. Really nice funky colors for the decor. I would recommend bringing your own iron, but other than that def a great stay! The manager was great in connecting us with taxis and sight-seeing recommendations. Overall, an excellent visit and at a bargain price!
