Rooms good, cafeteria food and tariffs are reasonable. However, a few changes like replacement of curtains, furniture is required in few rooms. Hotel is ideally located with markets and good eating outlets around
The staff are very courteous and always eager to help.
I would like to complement to owner of this hotel for his unique and wonderful taste & collection of electrical fittings, furniture, kitchen design in his cafeteria.

My parents stayed here for a week in during their last visit in November.
Reservation: Filling up the form in the hotel website does not elicit any response. However, reaching out to the reception was a pleasant and smooth experience.
Check-in: Was allotted one in the ground floor. check-in was smooth even at midnight. Reception people are courteous.
Rooms: Slightly cramped, but modern with decent fixtures. Maintenance seemed quite good.
Service: Smiling and civil, but not always efficient. Particularly the coordination between the reception and the rooftop hotel can improve. One night, they could not arrange for a glass of milk.
Price: Not a screaming value-for-money, but not an exorbitantly expensive one either.

I stayed in this hotel for 1 night only during my Business trip in Bangalore . The room was large, with comfortable bed. The breakfast was full of options and staffs were very nice. I requested for a late checkout which was accommodated. I couldn't find a single flaw in their hospitality. Everything was perfect. Thank you

Very courteous staff members. They went out of their way to help us during our stay. The rooftop restaurant Chavadi is perfect for a sumptuous evening dinner and serves a variety of dishes. Highly recommended if you plan to stay at Bannerghatta.

The whole stay was comfortable, the people are friendly, well trained staff which showed very good services at a nice price.
Surely recommended for any type of visit.
And the restaurant (Chavadi) on top is very good ð
