Rooms, look good in photos. But trust me, that's not the hotel you want to stay in. Selected few staff were curteous. High priced, and rooms were old, carpets were dirty. Except the rooms, rest of the hotel is fine. Food was not great. Found hair in Labneh served for bfast.

Location of the Hotel in good. you have only 7 to 10 minutes walk to Republic square.
It is a 4 Star hotel but i don't it is. The rooms are big but don't have enough lights.
The bathroom is clean. The service is not bad. All the stuff are well behave and polite.
And the pool is very small.

Avoid staying at this hotel! Although its location is very convenient at 10min from the center, the room we recently stayed in were not up to scratch. The dark brown carpet and matching bed spread do not look very clean, the settee was so dirty that I did not dare sit on it, the room smelled of smoke. The shower was accessible through a climb into a high bathtub, half falling off the wall. There was a small towel per person, which we had to ask twice to be changed daily. The personnel was not particularly interested in making our stay agreeable.....

Location is very good. 10 minutes to herabarak square and 5 min to Ararat and Noy Ararat factories.
Rooms are pretty clean and comfortable: Every day house keeping service. Good room design.
Swimming pool is awful! Too small even for children.
The hotel Building is too old. Hotel view is not attractive. Lobby and dining room need new furniture and design. Breakfast needs to be more varied.
Nice and friendly staff, but only receptionist knows English.
If you are not looking for a modern real 4* hotel and not depended on swimming pool, it is ok.
After all, we liked there. I wish they would improve it.

The hotel was alright. I am not sure it has the standards of a 4 star restaurant but still... it was clean with very polite staff that would make you feel at home. The breakfast was decent and the hotel was a short walk from the center.
