The facility offered a conducive environment to our staff members by way of ensuring proper surveillance and monitoring through enhanced technological based security systems and structures(Intelligent fire alarm systems,fire/smoke detectors,Radio Communication,Luggage/body scanners,patrol dogs,proper evacuation plans,strategically and well installed 270 Hik vision CCTV Cameras capturing real time events happening in each and every corner/street of the hotel)
Due to the facility's proximity to the sea front,the management has enhanced proper measures by establishing a patrol base for armed and uniformed KWS officers for maritime surveillance as well as foot patrols within the environment.In addition to this,The management has fully engaged Bamburi Tourist Police Unit who always conducts impromptu visits and patrols.The contracted security guards both in uniform and civilian are adequate.
So far I Joseph Njuguna the EACC(Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission)Security Officer based in Mombasa Office really appreciate the unlimited efforts from the Chief Security Officer Mr.Patrick and the entire management team at large.
In our entire stay,we experienced zero insecurity incidence.
Looking forward to further engagements with this fine Resort in the Kenyan Coast.

From the main gate,the staff makes you feel that you are important. Their reception is out of this world. The meals are just great,if you want to taste...try their buffet diner. The swimming pool is very well maintained and the lighting @ night makes it wow. The young ones aren't forgotten,they have their fun world with their baby pool. When you visit the coast try PrideInn and taste the Paradise @ coast

Great work Prideinn you never disappoint its my second visit and I can guarantee a third its been three days now and am already missing the place its become a get away place for me and thanks to you I feel all relaxed and refreshed

A great place especially for family with kids,fantastic beaches, rooms themed after kids favourite cartoons, great flexibility with swimming hours,helpful staff ,great staff who kept kids entertained .a good place.
