We booked for a night prior to travelling on the Tranzalpine Express. The Motel provides a free shuttle to the train station. Lovely clean and comfortable facilities with a kitchen. A good way out from the CBD but there were places to eat and drink locally

Very clean and tidy room with well equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. We were upstairs and were a bit concerned about the road noise but no problem at all. Easy walking distance to train station but a free shuttle bus is provided if you want to use it. Jessica the owner/ operator was very friendly and helpful with local information an places to eat. Also close to sports venues as well. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Very clean and tidy room with well set up kitchenette facilities. The motelier was very friendly and helpful with local information. A free shuttle service was offered to take us to the train station for our trip on the Transalpine. Would definitely stay again.

A nice clean motel, with a friendly and helpful Motelier. Very handy to the railway station (with free transport there & back if travelling on the TransAlpine train journey).
The only negatives were - there was no air conditioning in the Unit resulting in it being too hot to have the windows closed, and too much road noise to have them open; and, a weak pressured and rather complicated shower system.

We needed a room to stay by the transalpine train station for one night. The room was exactly as advertised and also up the ante. The bed was super comfy.. the room was very spacious and clean.. the kitchenette was adequate pots pans dinnerware , wine glasses , microwave toaster kettle and coffee tea cocoa provided. The shower had soap and shampoo. It was easy to switch on the button and the water was warm quite instantly. Besides being muy sympatico and a gracious host / owner , Jessica also offered us some milk of our choice light/regular. She dropped us at the station on time. Compared to where we are at now , the stay at arena motel is defy topping our accommodations so far. I wish Jessica the best !
