Stayed for 1 night and so far acceptable with all their amenities. Wifi was strong, room was really big. They also allowed us to check in early and check out late at 2pm.
Staff were very helpful and nice. Breakfast has very limited option but still okay,

I really enjoyed my stay there and the room was huge and a really big bathroom. Lots of bars and restaurants close too. Such a friendly and helpful staff I will stay again soon. They also have a great restaurant and spa on the property

Our Christmas staycation could have been perfect but we were surprised by the cockroaches in the bathroom. Gladly the hotel staff immediately checked the bathroom upon our advise and removed the cockroaches and sprayed insecticide. Despite that I find the hotel good. Good location, good food, spacious rooms and strong wifi conection. I hope there will be no cockroaches on our next stay.

Since it was asean day and a lot of roads are closed we decided to stay in this hotel near in manila zoo and luneta park. The check in process is so slow there was a k9 and police at the hotel entrance so you feel safe they provide free parking it has a buffet breakfast but i guess they need to improve the food. Its so basic. Hotdog rice egg salad oatmeal and breads room is good but no view big enough, they also have rooftop pool but too small good for dipping but not for swimming they also have thai restaurant. Overall its a decent hotel with 5k average/ night

The hotel is located on a long one way street, and it's not easy for many of the taxis to find the hotel, there are many attractions around the area, so getting taxis from the hotel is easy, but getting back might be tricky. There's no view from my window, the only good thing is the room and the bed is good size, otherwise the stay will not be enjoyable. The receptionist doesn't seem friendly, although she answered our questions, but you can still see the irritation on her face, that makes it very unpleasant for our stay. I will not stay in this hotel again, I'm sure there are many other places I can find for the same price.
