Considering the age of the hotel, Aryaduta still vey well maintained, and clean, the room amenities, especially shower equipment looks vintage, but still working, the room is clean, the facility is standard, the tv is bit small
the location is strategic, not too far from the railway central station, the breakfast is excellent with lot of choices, the restaurant also good
the staffs are professional and polite, and proud of the history of the hotel

Me and my wife came to this hotel just to bought their signature cake (American chocolate) and my wife just started enjoying the cake at the lobby.
Suddenly there was a staff approached my wife and served a glass of warm water without being asked.
This small touch was a great example how the staff pay attention to detail and anticipate their customers need.

From check-in to check-out this hotel gave us just what we wanted in a capital city. It was clean, inviting and close to places we wished to visit. All staff have been so very helpful and friendly. What a joy to stay here.

I just want to try something different with my family during the weekend in Jakarta. what we experienced when we spent a night in the hotel was so relaxing and comfortable. We feel like in Bali, the hotel design and services generate that atmosphere. we hope we could spend another time in aryaduta hotel. Great hotel with reasonable price.

With just a phone call few hours upon checked-in, the team had shown a very efficient response by accommodating to our request.
Special thanks to Mr Andrea, the duty manager for all the arrangement made. It was indeed lovely touched & thoughts.
We will be back InshaAllah.
