Very good property to stay at shimla, room was spacious and view was great as well.food was delicious and staff always ready to help. Near to mall and Secretiat .will like to stay again. Overall very good experience .

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE IF POSSIBLE.
I am still in the hotel. Have got stuck because have booked three rooms for three nights. Unfortunately for me today is my first night here and I am already convincing my self that I will have to stay here for two more nights or my hard earned money will get wasted.
Thatâs a different thing that I had taken the MAP package (incl breakfast and dinner) but have to return to room without having any food. Reason - ordered food in the restaurant waited for it to arrive for 45 mins then when we check back they say your order is too elaborate. Aap aisa Kar lo uper buffet hai wahan jaake khaa lo. With kids feeling hungry and sleepy we went for the buffet..... to realise the buffet will take another 20 mins to start. So all in all reached the restaurant at 8 pm for dinner and came back to the room at 9:45 pm without having the dinner because it wasnât served. And the best part is we have already paid for the dinner.
Later someone mentioned that the owner of the place had his personal guests coming in hence the kitchen and staff were busy taking their requests and so did not have time for poor guests..... PATHETIC.
My trip with family is spoilt completely.
Please donât come here, itâs absolutely not worth your penny. You will just get frustrated and lose money. It would be better to stay at a Dharamshala than staying here.
Service is pathetic and rooms are very small and dingy.

This is the best hotel in Shimla, very prime location in Shimla near secretariat. Easily accessible to mall road.
I would like to say thank for front office staff and for their warm hospitality. Room are good and spacious. Over all a great and pleasant stay

Hotel is nice and at a good location but no view from the rooms. Rooms are quite specious. Extra bed was not at all comfortable, it was sofa cum bed. Need to work on breakfast menu and make it more elaborate. Overall nice experience

A view is awesome from a room, Room is neat, clean and spacious. They are giving mouth watering snacks and dinner. Hotel Location is perfect. This hotel gave us extremely luxurious feel. Staff is very helpful and polite.
