If you were to rate a hotel on the qualities of service alone,cygnett park Asia Jammu would rank right up there.Here you would meet the most helpful and kindest people ever,accuracy of check-in and checkout was very quick especially Sunil Sahni and Kunal Chopra was very helpful at front desk.Overall a good property to visit.

One of the best property in Jammu where you can stay with your dear ones. Room are very nice with all the amenities which you can think of in 5 or 4 Star property. Staff are very friendly and professional, according to their work. I personally thanks Sunil & Anil front office staff. They makes my trip very special.

We stayed 3 nights and had a superb experience.The staff was very attentive especially Sunil Sahni and Kunal Chopra at front desk are very professionals.Overall a great stay at the hotel.Will definitely stay here on our next visit and strongly recommended to all.

One of the best property to stay in Jammu city whether you are on business or pilgrimage.Very old posh hotel but renovated now.Nice and well kept spacious room equipped with milk white towels and other toiletries,only room slippers missing.Very nice food served with smile from room dining.Very unusual that a GM of the hotel is always available for your help.Staff at the reception very polite and friendly particularly Ms.Sangharika and Ms.Sapru.Breakfast in the morning well laid and superb.People from all the department are always ready to listen and act.A very healthy sign of a hotel.I shall come again shortly and also suggest all my business associates to stay here only wheather they are in Jammu for business or pilgrimage.Mr.Sood a very smart Generl Manager leading his team well.

I had an opportunity to stay in this hotel for one night during my business travel. The first best part is it's location, very near to airport and on road access. Though some renovation was going on but hotel had well managed their other area. The rooms are having all amenities one can think of in a four star hotel. The restaurant ' Yesngtse' ambience was good, very colorful and positive vibes with a pool side view. Food quality and taste was commendable. People at reception and for room service were courteous and hospital. Overall a well deserving 5 star service from hotel. Only point is that you should choose for a front view room, and the wash basin design has a flaw.
