This is my second visit to this apartment hotel. The superior room is already very spacious, equipped with a seating area including a two-seater sofa; mini kitchen and a large fridge! It makes this place vwry homey and suitable for longterm stay I would say. Too bad I only stay for 1 night here.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, both those at the reception and restaurant. I ordered nasi goreng via room service and it did not disappoint. Their fish and chips were also yummy.
I was also pleasantly surprised to learn that they offer cooking class for kids and adults on weekends. I guess I'll need to come back here again with my family next time.

very enjoyable once the opportunity to stay back at aston balikpapan. a magnificent hotel with two towers on the right and left loby. right next door is hotel is left is apartment. in the room 1207 and 1501 I stay. Many experiences and beautiful scenery can be seen from the pool that seemed to blend with the sea. Spacious room with a kitchen in the Executive room making it easy to cook in the room. the internet is strong even though at midnight likes lost signal.

Staying here with my family in executive room, it's two bedroom apartment style with decent kitchen. Aston gave me a sea-pool view in high floor where I can enjoyed sunrise every morning. Breakfast were awesome and complete. Love the lobby where I can enjoy infinity pool while seeing the plane across the sky. It's an awesome experience that made me spent a lot time chilling in the hotel rather than going around balikpapan hhaha. Service is good, arranged a new innova car to pick me and drop me off the airport for only 90rb. It's only the building a little bit old and some furnitures are getting dusty. But still it's a pleasant staying, my parents are happy. Thank you Aston.

I stayed in the hotel for two nights.
The first night I was given a room full of funny smell and can not connect to âfreeâ WiFi provided from the hotel. On top of that the bathroom is still wet when I got in and the sink is leaking water all over the floor.
The second day I ask to change another room, in general it is better then the night before, however they forgot to give me towels and also didnât remove some personal item on the bathroom wall...
I will not stay there again.

I love it here, the employee are so kind.the view is the ocean and its suprisingly awesome. The breakfast is quite good and i love the room. It's big, comfortable and also clean. The location is easy to find. Thank you Aston!
