It was our first time here, bit definitely not our last.
The whole hotel was very clean and all the employees were very friendly! The food was also good with a lot of variaty every day again. There were enough animations and it was very relaxing at the pool.
The only thing we would like to recommend is to add some music during lunch & dinner. The silence is not that nice at times.
Finally, we would like to thank the cleaners of our rooms: the person laying next to me wanted 2 pillows so I gave mine & I slept without a pillow. When the cleaners had come the next morning, they had probably noticed it and they gave us 1 more pillow so that I could have one too! We appreciated this a lot.

Lovely hotel, very clean, nice airy room overlooking the gardens and pool area. Very friendly staff and excellent food with plenty of choice. Not that close to the main shopping areas but I spent the week on the golf course which presented some interesting challenges.
Guests should be aware that no cash is taken at the bars, everything is added to your room and settled at the end of your stay. Not a bad idea as it saves you from carrying cash about.

The hotel all around was nice, the food was good, but not the best, the pool is big and clean, the staff friendly and helpful, the only downside was the beach, which was dirty, full of cigarettes buts and all kind of rubbish.

Having booked the hotel, we got a bit worried reading the reviews. On arrival the worries seemed to become reality. We booked rooms with Seaview, and in 1st instance did not receive them. It took some persuasion to get the rooms. Initially 1, and 2 days later the second room.
However the bad start had a good continuation. The service in general was very good. People whee doing their best to deliver a great service. The food was excellent with a number of choices of restaurants and types of food.
The pool area was super with many activities for the children.
Although not close to Estepona or Puerto Banus, if you have a car its very well located !
Certainly a property of be advised if you are looking for an affordable yet good hotel near Puerto Banus.

I stayed at this hotel for only4 days and found it to be very relaxing.
The hotel is not that near to anything really but that means you don't feel you are missing anything.
The staff are polite and speak many languages, the food is good and freshly prepared.
The decor is clean and the room spacious with tv, shower/bath and air conditioning.
All in all a good place to get away.
