They was indeed a so friendly staff, the location is great, nearby M4 and 6-7 min walking to M2 trams and buses.
I tool a double room solo, and it was really wide room. TV is somehow small, and furniture is somehow old but it was sufficient for my staying and comparable to the price.

We had a very very good experience with this hotel during our stay in Budapest.
This hotel provided us with HANDY a very helpful android gadget that helped us to get oriented in such a big city as Budapest.

Great location in relative vicinity of all attractions.
A good breakfast buffet which includes scrambled, boiled eggs, cereals, sausages and much more. This all gives you a good start of the day.
Nice spaceous family rooms, clean and beds are comfortable.

Very close to the center, tram,bus stop and underground stop.
Very clean. Location safe. Room very nice at the 8th floor.confortable bad.
Hope to come back or suggest to friends
The breakfast could be improved. The quality wasnâtâso good.

We staid on this hotel for 4 days and 4 nights on the 3rd floor
The room service didn't clean our room , didn't bring us new towels and they didn't actually did anything other than throw the trash from the bins (also a friend of mine who was on another room lost her used pants and socks that she has put on a plastic bag)
The second day we complained about the room service and eventually they gave us clean towels and "clean" parts of the room
The bathroom was small and ok but the shower was rusted and the water pressure was horrible to the point it took way too much time to wash off the soap
The room didn't had a fridge and the temperature of the room was eather too hot or too cold and it was going up and down all night
The breakfast didn't had many options but it was ok and tasteful
The other meals of the day didn't worth it to be honest
